It says on the Luma website:
"To protect your personal account information, we can’t answer email queries about your credit card account."
I would give them a call for an immediate response
I sent them a message using the secure messaging system on their website - it says account information can be discussed through that.0 -

I've sent them a message, still waiting for the reply.
I can confirm that Asda/Petrol/Upt MCC 3542.... automated fuel dispensers and TESCO PayatPump MCC 5550.... automated fuel dispensers does attract the 4% cashback.
Going off a tangent slightly, home bargains doesn't attract the 4% cash back as it's classed as a hardware store.0 -
Luma got back to me and said that there'd been a technical problem when applying cashback last month. They apologised and manually added the 1p. :j
So if anyone thinks their cashback doesn't add up, it might be due to the technical issues and it's worth getting in touch with them to find out.
Thanks to everyone who made suggestions/gave advice etc.0 -
Has anyone else actually got MORE than the £9 cashback? There's £9.01 showing on my statement for this month - not complaining, obviously!3 stone down, 3 more to go0

Don't blow it all at once.
I've always found cashback to be incredibly accurate on my account, and nearly always rounded up to the nearest penny.0 -
FYI, Luma has stopped marketing this credit card. Links are a man's best friends.com0

Thanks, but they haven't been marketing it for some months now!0 -
Wished I bloody got this when they had it! Now they've stopped doing it and the only think I've got is a barclaycard amex, which isn't accepted everywhere and only gives 1%0

Random question but I noticed Aldi now accept credit cards. Does Luma pay cashback at Aldi?0

Aldi only does debit cards, unless you're in Scotland (and one store in England) unless ofc they changed
If they have changed their rules, I imagine they would. Shame that this deal is gone though0
