    Hi,
    I too have recently received one of these from PE for the same Huddersfield car park. My wife was inclined to pay up at "discount" rate but I'm too stubborn so a quick google found this excellent thread. I just wondered if all the advice/templates/tactics are still valid, or am I about to embark on an appeal based on out of date criteria and legislation?!
