This is dedication. You are number 8 for December. :rotfl:“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Afternoon all,
Congratulations and :T:T:T to all those with good news. Loveadove I'm so happy for you, what an excellent Christmas present for yourself
PurpleJay, my consultant told me not to drive for two weeks after the op. I felt up to driving before that but was a little concerned if I did it would invalidate my insurance. That said I didn't get conformation of this from either my consultant or the insurance company. Good luck with the op
Yesterday was payday and for once I still had half a tank of petrol, £60 in the bank and food in the cupboards. Thank you Kat for this month's challenge, we've recovered from a very expensive October and are all set for December

Edited as I'm clearly bored, so did the maths. Based on the best deal on a 16 pack of Ferrero Rocher, which is £3 at ASDA accoring to My Supermarket, with the money I have saved this month I could buy 166 boxes of 16 sweets, which is a total of 2656 individually wrapped chocolates. Might be a bit much, even for me - although if the ambassador does feel like spoiling me, I'm willing to give it a go!
Whoops! Yet you fit right in so well! I think you need to buy them all and pile them in a big triangular form in your living room and take a picture and SHARE it will us all!
Tee hee! But seriously I am glad you are with us and yes 15 SFD's are easy peasy but it's the holiday season so I thought I would be nice.... for now!

Hi everybody!!!:wave::wave::wave:
I am off work for the day, sat in my living room in my dressing gown slightly freezing, with the pooch, awaiting a call from my bank who are hopefully going to let me pay everything today so I can start December debt free instead of waiting for the last payment to come out on Monday!
Nice to see so many of you signed up for December already and yes I have deliberately made it a little easier than November although some of you (Shyspender) stormed through like little troopers!
So I might drag my carcass out to see a friend and celebrate her leaving her crazy landlady and moving into a much nicer house today.. she is very happy and her new landlord painted her room yellow for her cause she loves the colour - how cool is that! However I still feel a little fragile and have an overtime shift tomorrow that I want to be able to do - so I think I might stay home today...
Pheonix it sounds like that £200 is enough do you think? I am thinking the interest could be hefty - are you charged if you go over the agreed amount OR just incur some interest...? I know you can do it.. I am hoping everyone else here is having a frugal Christmas so you won't be alone...
Right... bank is calling.. stand by....“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
