LJ... I'd have it written up as an agreement that he would pay x share of stuff so it would show he had not contributed to the house payments in any way... like a pre nup but starting now.

I never thought of that, but it's a good idea.

Hi all.

I'm afraid I'm not doing a lot today because I feel decidedly unwell, that is to say more so than on a "usual" day. Hopefully if I take it steady, it'll pass. The sandwich I had for lunch has stayed put, so that's a hopeful sign (sorry if tmi).

Thursday, Mr LW is going to help me do a really good dust, as I haven't been able to lift the heavier dragons for some time; we'd be doing a spiritual cleanse of the bungalow anyway, so we're going to do a physical one at the same time.:D He's such a good chap, when I suggested it, he agreed immediately.:A

New microwave is here; I have to wait for Mr LW to unpack it and put it in position before I can play with it, though.:( It's like when children get a new toy "batteries not included" and there's no batteries in the house....:rotfl:

LW feel better soon vibes for you

LJ how much 'rent' was OH paying his parents?

DS2 has cut up the large branch stuff and put in the brown bin

I've started reorganising the coats/shoes/bags in the kitchen in preparation for my trip to IK£A tomorrow.

Started the filing in the dining room, need to do another 15 minutes and then get DS1 to help me move the spare table back into the garden.

Right.. nothing cleaned.. but..

1 binbag filled for chazzer and one for my newly emptied wheelie bins.. some stuff sorted into a box for the next one down to grow into..

I am determined to find a little bit of landing today.

Lots of things put away.. board games, books, clothes etc... I found a little bit of floor but nothing to get excited about.. I want this hovel at least reasonable before we are overrun with new stuff from the fat bloke in red!!

DW on again
WM's filled but not turned on as not quite full and I have brought a huge basket full from my room..

I want to buy plastic crates with lids which I can store the baby stuff in up in the loft but I don't want it getting spidered, moused or sooty.. someone will need them sooner or later I'm sure! That is added to my Toots list <3

I never did sort that kitchen drawer.. I'll do that while cooking dinner.

Oh.. yesterday I got a huge piece of pork for Christmas dinner.. it was half price and is now in my empty freezer.. I meant to fill it with bread but couldn't fit more in our 2 trolleys!

right.. time to fill another binbag or 3!

Haven't done much over the last few days :o on a bit of a down after Mr O&O leaving which isn't unusual (he couldn't come on the Friday so came on the Saturday instead) :(
I'm really annoyed with myself, at the beginning on the year (before he had problems his end) he asked me to knit him a novelty Christmas jumper, I've only just started it because on him being on and off again. Anyway I was meant to check measurements while he was here and forgot   I know the chest measurements are right but as he's quite big, 6ft 4 ish I'm not sure of the length of back and arms. Now I can't carry it on til I hear back from him
I've been trying to sort out other Christmas presents, with lots of people posting how many days til Christmas on f@cebook I started to panic, I'm normally quite organised by now if I do say so myself but a lack of ideas and money isn't helping :(
I have DD1's 18th birthday in a few weeks too, not sure what to do about that either :(
I can't wait til half term is over then things can go back to normal. The amount I'm forking out in bus fares and petrol for lifts is stupid and no one seems to be here at the same time for a family meal so meal planning is out the window  which in turn has messed up my diet :(

DD1 and I did manage to man-handle next doors fallen fence panel back over the whole for what good it'll do. Next door don't give a poo about the fence, hence why I've been waiting 5 years for them to repair/replace it after their dogs ripped holes in it and attacked my dog (giving me a £600 vet bill)
I've complained to the housing association several times, they sent someone out to look at it but nothing's ever come of it
I've tidied round the kitchen and wiped the sides and that's about it :o

Right, hi folks,

Loads of stuff done, and best of all washing is blowing on the line.!!

Taken Martin's advice and move what little money I have around into a better interest account, it seemed so easy to do online, but I bet when I get the letters tere will be someone else they want or I have to go somewhere to visit.

Picked 6 more cucumbers! from the greenhouse, going tomorrow to get this ready for winter.

Made a huge vat of veg soup, going to blizt it and freeze in portions for my lunches at work.

2 birthday presents wrapped, and cards done was well.

Table is back in the garden, more paperwork filed and bined. Just going to quickly hoover then go and get DS3, a bit more filing to do possibly tonight depending on my mood (I'll probably knit instead)

Fleece for DS3's curtains has arrived, I need to sort a pole;a large storage bag to keep all of DS1's travelling stuff in until next June has also arrived, very handy so may get a couple more later in the year for storing stuff for DS2 for uni.

• Hi, Been following the FL threads for a while and they're helping me to keep on top of things a bit. Did son's room today as it's half term but he's out for the day. Doing a little in each room every week certainly helps.
