Hi Hun, really glad that the cheque cleared nicely. I hope that the new listing is going well too x

  • I recieved the goods from the supplier yesterday and quickly packaged up and sent off the lot that had been sold.

The lot which I have at home will be getting thrown up on ebay *cough*feebay*cough* tomorow as a job lot. I've decided that although it is more work for me, my plan of action will be as follows:
    • 1) Sell package on ebay
      Recoup orignal investment + proffit
Despoit proffit in Credit Union, NOT to be withdrawn
    • 2) Use recouped investment to purchase another lot
      Sell lot on ebay
      Recoup investment + proffit
      Deposit proffit in Credit Union
Granted for quite some time I'll be doing alot of work for little return, but here's the thing. As soon as I've saved around £1,200 (projection based on proffit made from eight small ebay lots), I'll withdraw the funds from the CU, purchace a large lot from the supplier and when it has sold the complete return after fees ect will be (projected) double what I saved.

I know there's alot riding on projection of sales and my own sales targets, but through the first lot I sold for the £1,990, I proved to myself that I have the b@lls to take steps which I havent taken before.

So, should all go to plan I'll be looking to clear, in full my Rent, Council Tax, Gas and Electricity arrears within nine ebay sales before Christmas.

Bloomin' 'eck, It's so exciting

Feeling better for having a bubble, yeah. I had an arguement with my mother last night which led to me storming off out of the house after spouting some things that were on my mind. I doubt she liked what she heard.

I need to try to stop complaining on here about home life things, I need to keep that off an dout of MSE and just try to concentrate on the task at hand.

    Anyway *inhale* *exhale*
The buyer of the lot emailed to say she was happy with it and that she'd like me to keep her notified of any more packages I might have. I've dropped her a return mail with a list of details. Hopefully she'll be a regular.
£5 overpaid to the rent arrears this week, £10 debt repayment to the electricity folk and council tax is being looked at this very moment.
Having not slept since yesterday I guess I'll probably pass out at around 5pm today.

    Joanne.

(a stern but kindly ticking off coming here, sorry)

This board is fo spouting off any emotions you may have which is affecting you day to day life, your emotional wellbeing or sleep patterns, whether positive (selling the jewellery) or negative (the row with mum) you are MORE than entitled to share it here with us.
A problem shared is a problem halved and WHATEVER you need or want to talk about you go for it girl, hey if southernscouser can discuss his spuds and even start a thread on said topic, what you post on your diary is your business!!
I'm chuffed to pieces for you with the jewellery and so glad to hear that it is going really really well. if you want to chat re mum but don't want to post it then just pop me a PM and we'll have a natter.
Big big hugs and please don't knacker yourself out to much or you'll start to get down again which is no good for you. xxxx

  • Hiya Joanne,

Congrats on doing so well at Ebaying! Its something I have been thinking of starting as a proper sideline although cant decide on what I would sell.

*puts on a stern voice* I do not expect to hear any more comments on what you shouldnt say on this board! I got dumped temporily as it turned out and was in a right start so I started a thread and cried on everyones shoulders. After all, we who are worried enough about money do not need to bottle other problems up or we may spontaneously combust and thats not a pretty thought!

Try and get more sleep, it will make you feel so much better, I know it can be hard, but I found that nightnurse and regular bedtimes/get up times is the best way. Even on the weekends I am now up at 8 at the latest and often its about 6.30-7:eek:

If you ever need a shoulder to cry on during work hours then you can always pm me as I am always logged in, even if I am not posting on this board.

*in a non tellingy off voice again*

Still well done you :T and making overpayments is just fab! :T

  • Ditto to everything said above, this is the one place I have to spout off and I use it. Never feel like it has to be all sunshine.

How you get some good sleep and well done on the over payments and the jewelery sound wonderful!

Hi Superwoman!! One of the good things about having a diary is that it is "your" thread - therefore you can put on here anything that you wish - it is all part or "your" journey.

If someone feels they don't want to read about anything other than pure debt busting, then they are unlikely to read the diaries. so you are unlikely to upset anyone with your ranting!

I know that the way I am feeling has a direct impact on my ability to get through the debt problems - so I feel it is all intertwined and relevant.

Hope you don't wear yourself out today - remember that as a successful businesswoman, you need to keep your energy up xx
