Stepdad threw the spanner in the works.
Mum was due to complete on the sale of her house today, but he's refused to sign paperwork and the sale has been stopped. She's got that mortgage to pay along with the new flats rent and c/tax.
I'm sick, physically sick. I don't know how she's holding it together because I'm on the verge of tears.
My sister was on the phone telling me shes thinking of quitting school because she can't cope with the stress of everthing her dad is putting her and mum through. So he was the cause I dropped out of school, and it looks like he's doing his damn best to make my sister follow the same path.
I'm so angry I feel sick.Debt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:

I really hope your ex step dad changes his mind. It is an awful situation to be in, paying the mortgage and having to pay to stay elsewhere.
When I bought my ex out, I had to be a bit devious to get him to sign. He wanted to mess me about and wouldnt sign for ages, eventually he was bored and wanted the money and me having a few bits of paper from the police after he beat me up did help to change his mind slightly.
I really hope that this is sorted out asap.
Good luck being a business woman, that sounds so grown upI am nearly 27 and I still use words like grown up :rotfl:

I'm 25 and I'm still not entirely sure what I want to be when I grow up
Hopefully things will get sorted, he's a controll freak and only doing this to mess my mum about, well, because he can. She's still not got back to me since I called her when she was in the lawyers office.
also, it looks like we need to get restraining orders taken out on him because he's made mention of something that sent my stomach into flips and I'll not allow it to happen. I've lived through his mind games and violence but I'll not see a hair on my sisters head be harmed. If it wasn't for my mum and sister needing to lean on me, I'd think nothing at all of doing time in jail over this guy.
sorry, rant. I need a rolie.

Rant away!!!
I would definatly keep onto the police if he harassing or threatening any of you. Could it be worth letting your sisters school know that he may cause trouble as he may see her as a wink link so to speak.
There is only one thing to do with people like him stay as far away as possible and keep the police informed!
I dont know what I want to be either... I still like the advert that says I want to be a tree!Debt Free - done

We're informing the school on monday (she hasn't been to school all week with stress) that ONLY my mother or myself have permission to remove her from school if need be and we'll be letting them know the general situation.
Once both mum and sis are in the new place we're going to have words with the local women and children unit of the police who specialise in this kind of thing. As I've let on already, I hope I don't see him before the police do.
Remember that advert! jees, showing our age here, girl *stands like a tree*Debt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:
