I am not part of this challenge, but wanted to ask a question...

I parked up at a supermarket this evening, got out of the car, and found a £20 note on the floor!

I looked around to see if anyone was looking on the floor for something (in case someone had just dropped it), but my half of the carpark was empty, nobody around, and the note was damp (it had obviously been on the floor for a while, and was all crumpled)...so i picked it up and put it in my pocket. Was this the right thing to do? I have never found a £20 note on the floor before and feel slightly guilty for picking it up.

I think it was ok for you to pick it up, especially as there was no-one obviously looking for it. I would just treat it as good karma that you must have been due

Another shiney 1p found while out running tonight. Luckily I had stopped briefly and there is was in front of me.
Almost made enough for a week of free tea at work, it's only 50p a week but still, free tea :rotfl:

Karma - the same thing happened to be recently no one was around my friend was with me I offered her £10.00 she refused and said treat yourself I still felt slightly guilty but it was 7.30 in the morning in a quite village... anyway I have previously found money and handed into the train station ...got short changed they gave me back £10.00 but told the assistant so defo KARMA.

Thanks Everyone I feel a bit less guilty now. I have out it into my sons school dinner money pot, so i wont have to find his dinner money for the next 2 weeks.

PS:found 20p under the counter at the Post Office shop (total of 21p from that shop this month)

Found another 5p and 1p today, which is really strange because it's exactly the same combination as I found yesterday! today the 5p was in BHS and the 1p was in the market.:j
