I had such a bizarre one last night!!!!
I had a big range rover, I was parking it in a building, the building had things in it, a bar, a dentist, other stuff. It was like a emptish department store. But I was having trouble squeezing the big car in, there were a couple of other cars parked there I wasn't the only one. I did just get a parking badge from work which I've been trying to get for a few years!!! So I guess thats in it.
Also, years ago I worked as a barmaid & waitress before I got my qualifications & in the dream last night I was working behind the bar again, but now, not then & an old customer (who became my friend & died a few years ago) was in it & ordered his fav tipple. They were saying I was a bit rusty after not working behind the bar for years, but was picking it up again ok.
Also my friend who still does that type of work was in it, working at another pub down the road & her ex was in it too - he owns pubs & I used to work for him.
Also the tablet I'm typing on, my samsung galaxy (which is an expensive table) was breaking up in the dream, bits were breaking off it.
My daughter was much younger, a child again, my mum was younger, I was in the back of a car & I slipped out (but I was ok), I think we had been to the seaside. I was living in london (where I'm from) in a flat in a horrible council estate (the sort of place I'm from too - but nowhere I've actually lived).
    Am I mad!!!!
Do you give up on me!!!!!!

ETA the store had lifts & it had stairs too, different types of stairs, a spiral set & a straight set.
Okay this dream is all about your career.
the big car represents a career that is very prevalent and important to you.
the car park is a place where we park our ambitions, put them on hold if you will.
You not being able to park the car due to it's size suggests you are considering, being put under pressure or forced to put your career on hold but its just too important for you do that.
the buildings in the dream represent certain things, the bar is your social life, the free easy going part of yourself. The dentist represents your condidence and self esteem.
now it could be you feel putting your career on hold will either harm these parts of your life or greatly improve them, only you know that.
being a barmaid is again about socialbility and dreaming of the past is part of us wishing to regain the same feelings we had back then as does the seeing of old friends, do you feel your career is stopping you from being the same person you were back then?
losing or breaking valuables means we have either had or fear we may have a change in our financial or personal circumstances and this has or will have an effect on your self esteem and or self worth.
being in the car and falling out indicates you feel that if you leave or lose your career you may end up back where you started.
oh and stairs and staircases also represent career paths.

I had a really strange one last night about work and it turns out half my colleagues also recall very strange dreams last night!? Was it something lunar?

Anyhow I was running late for work, and when I arrived in my office I was dressed only in my pants and socks, I asked my colleagues where the rest of my clothes were, and they told me I had to get dressed and book the work holiday as the Chief Inspector would be mad with me, I asked what holiday and they responded by saying the whole company had a cave exploring trip arranged in Japan for 2 weeks and that we had to pay for it ourselves. The Chief Inspector came out of her office to tell me off for being late and without my suit, but everyone else seemed unphased.

Please help me Pukkamum Kanobi, you're my only hope.
Missing vital pieces of clothing are indicative of feelings of vunerability, this can be because of a new job or relationship, you feel your whole persona is exposed and is or will be judged.

Hi pukkamum, l have two dreams quite alot that get on my nerves, l'm not sure what they mean.

The first one is that l need to go to the toilet and yet there's no privacy, the stalls don't have enclosures round them, or if they do they don't cover your face and l don't want everyone to be looking at me - yet others are using them without worry!

The second one is that we find ourselves living in our old house without the new house owners knowledge. I'm always terrified they're going to come back and find us there - and they do. They're never angry with us though they seem to accept us being around, but their house is full of my things l forgot to take with me during the move and i'm not sure if l can have them back.

Hi needing a private loo often means there is something unhealthy being a feeling or emotion that we want to let go of but can't, you want to tell someone but you want to do it without looking needy hence wanting privacy, you would prefer the person to know what you want or need to say without you vocalising it
this usually happens because you put others needs above yours thinking that will make everything ok.
when we dream about an old house we are thinking about emotions feelings and or experiences formed there.
there are new people in the house, these people are all aspects of yourself, the items you have left behind are old memories, feelings and or experiences and I suspect you are unsure if you should be resurrecting these things, perhaps linked with the first dream?

MrsE I would also be inclined to think the earlier dream you posted about the long car journey with your relatives is career based too now, do you feel your neice and sister are in someway a driving force behind your career do you feel under pressure from them beit real pressure or perceived pressure to go furthur in your career, I feel they are connected to your career in some way.

That does make sense, thanks. I should also mention that I was annoyed that I had to pay for the holiday as it was £2500. Any relevance?

No, my sister & niece aren't connected. I do feel I want to climb a bit higher as quick as possible to help my daughter & her partner & my grandson.
But not my sister & niece.

Interesting you should say its career driven, I was off last week, back at work Monday, on Tuesday I had to visit my bosses office & we had a short rather unpleasant meeting. I worked from there the whole day & had the muddled dream that night.

The payment can be interpreted as the price you pay for your actions and decisions, perhaps you feel that letting people see the real you will come at a high price personally.

Hi love unfortunately bazey was right on one part this is sleep paralysis but you are certainly not wasting my time!
The sleep paralysis occurs when we aren't getting enough quality sleep whether because of stress, too much caffeine or too much computer use before bed.
Basically you are waking up or are almost asleep still in or entering into dream mode, your body is completely relaxed in it's paralysed state, as it should be when asleep otherwise we would act out all our dreams, but your mind is fully awake.
Because your mind is fully awake it is still creating dream images, hallucinations almost and these nearly always take the shape of a threatening shadowy figure.
When this happens the best thing you can do is allow yourself to fully relax, hard I know in this situation, but it will give your body chance to catch up with your brain and the menacing figure figure or feeling should go away.
You are most definitely not going mad you are just very tired and wired.
Try as I said above avoiding late caffiene, late using of a computer etc x
Thankyou very much for the reply. I understand the sleep paralysis bit, i just didn't understand why it was a man face coming right into my face. As its always the same occurance just different faces. I will definitely try and relax more before bed and yes it could be all three reasons causing this. which i will be addressing straight away. Thanks again.

The mans face is just your brain going into dream mode before you're fully asleep or you waking up before coming out of dream mode.
The mans face being so close to yours will just be the intensity of the dream, think how close to others faces we get in our dreams, it really is no different I promise you.
Other people actually see and feel a figure sat on their chest, I know it's frightening but I honestly don't think its anymore sinister than that.
Feel free to pm me love x
