    Wow a few interested people!!.
The man I spoke to was Mark or Marcus - I thought he said Marcus but I wrote on my piece of paper Mark, so it must be Mark.

I called the retentions department and asked how I would go about getting a PAC he went through the blah about why I was thinking of leaving. I told him I wanted the N95 on the deal they had last week which was phone for £49 and £100 cash back, someone offered it to me last week but because it was payday this week they were going to call back - which they did but the offer had finished and the lady would not give it to me.
So he said he would see what he could do, he said he could do the phone for free and then offered £25 on an 18 month contract, I said no as I want a 12 month contract to which he offered me what I have above at £15 per month.

Is worth calling, I did do my best pathetic female impression (like to use pathetic female impression to my advantage now and then!!) come across a bit nieve, did not order the PAC just a kind of I am thinking of leaving how do I do that.
Down side is that I have no accessories with it, no car charger or memory card, I really didnt want to push my luck, but with the savings I can go and buy them.

Hope that helps someone, good luck.

Sorry n6600 really dont want to give out my mobile number to strangers.

I think the tariff is quite steep on a 12-month contract maybe £200. You can still get the £30 credit for refer a friend, but they claimed they only have 250 and I will not receive it until next Wednesday. I'm going to go for the x-series gold for £10 a month which gives you a free slingbox if you have it for 12-months, I might sell the slingbox on ebay though.
  • I just got the phone on Vodafone and knowing the 3 are usually the cheapest network I gave them ring and got the low down on the N95:

    12 Month Contract

    Per Month Mins Txts Phone
    £25 150 750 £299.99
    £45 600 400 £109.99
    £60 1000 150 Free
    £100 2000 300 Free

    18 Month Contract

    Per Month Mins Txts Phone
    £30 500 300 £49.99
    £28 750 150 £49.99

So basically not cheaper than Vodafone probably because they only got the phone on the 1st of Aug and to them its brand new.

This is for comparison purposes as a few details may be slightly off, involved fast note taking. :p
