I am so frustrated with 02! I have lost count how many times I have phoned them, just got off the phone again and was told I could have the N95 free on £35 contract, I asked if I could have any other discount and he put me through to a really arrogant woman who said I would have to pay £89.95 for the phone and he had told me wrong, wouldn't budge so asked for a PAC code and said I would go to Vodafone, I then asked for a PAC code for my other phone and she said they would send them through ASAP. I have spent a fortune with 02 and think the Customer Service has gone down the pan! So much for being a 'Select' customer!:mad:0

I have spent the last 2 days trying to get them to sort me out with this refer a friend and I am getting so much grief. Have spoken to around 200 people who have put me on hold, lied to me, been promised callbacks which have never happened, been given conflicting information, me off, transferred me to other depts. who do the same. I have spoken to the the entry level call center staff, their managers and one "operational manager". They have all been no use what so ever. Does anyone have the number for Head Office?

I have been through the exact same mate, stick in there and get everything in writing.
I just got a welcome call from vodafone there, the deal she quoted me was completley different from what I have, I told here that I have my line rental deal and my refer a friend in writing
I told her about the run around that I had with the refer a friend and how you get no two answers the same when you speak to customer services regarding the payment of refer a friend.
Also told her that I have a refurbished phone and she seemed to agree that vodafone do send them out as new, she asked how I could tell and I told her about the life timer (cheers Peter) and she was taken aback with this.
She said she would get a manager to ring back within 72 hours.
See what happens
So to everyone that has this deal phone up and get them to send you a confirmation email of line rental deal;)Money saving newbie but learning fast:D0 -

During the time one of the guys I spoke to told me I had only been given 6 months half price. He managed to sort out it out for me (or so he said) because notes of the 15 months half price were in my "account notes".
About the refer a friend have so much trouble getting it after the event, ironically I have just got a manager call back and she would let me add any refer a friends. The only option I was given was to move it up a notch to complains. Just writing an email to them now.0 -

If I didn't have such a good deal I would have cancelled the contract due to a very poor customer service as well.
I will wait 72 hours for my call back and make sure everything is as it should be, if not then I will cancel.
Ps is it 14 days or 1 month that you can cancel?Money saving newbie but learning fast:D0 -
