Oh dear me! Mr F does freezer duty - the chest is in the garage - Today when it was open - I saw inside. So much stuff! Yes today we took out  - 3 bags of veg + tub of crumble + 2 bags of sausages + 2 muffins + 2 sausage rolls. Today I am making a casserole - some will need to go in the freezer. Going to look at my menu plan again and try hard to eat out of that freezer.

    Missed a few days!
@zafiro1984, don't be too hard on yourself for the shopping. I try to focus on not wasting what i have and also new ways of doing things. Leeks anyone?!  Ended up making barley and lentil stew with leeks (of course) after everyone's lovely ideas. B) Also, could the batter be used for a topping like chicken pot pie?
Anyways, out: ingredients for blueberry muffins, bread. Chickpeas and beef mince for giant meatballs, HM tomato sauce. Tuna tin for sweet potato boats.

Off on a long weekend from tomorrow, so hope for a bit of baking and batch cooking.
