It's not that impressive Carinjo  I spend quite a few afternoons in Nov/Dec, usually when it's raining, cooking and freezing for Christmas. On a similar note I've just counted 14L of hm ice-cream - most have alcohol in them - I made them in December. I should soon start to see an empty drawer.... I must not fill it.....I must not fill it....I must not fill it.
Pamsdish You've just prompted me with what to do with a red cabbage I have lurking in the fridge. Thanks

    Out sausages
Im down to one freezer drawer full now, so will give them a good clean before my delivery arrives tomorrow. It feels very strange not playing food jenga at the moment now I’ve run some of my stores down. But I could still feed us for a least a week with the tins and packets if necessary, I get freaked out if my cupboards are empty.

In:  nothing - although there may be some carrot & lentil soup to go in after lunch, depending on how much we eat!
Out:  Mozzarella ball for lunch tomorrow; pork loin for dinner tomorrow night

Freezer was nearly empty and OH didn’t close it properly yesterday 😡 so made soup with the part defrosted veg and used up the other bits for lunch. I also used the hairdryer to defrost the freezer while I could.
