Had fun at Costco yesterday! Not only replenished my stock of tins, but also got some lovely prepacked goodies for the christmas boxes i am making this year.
In: fillet of trout (to be portioned this morning), part-baked ciabatta, 2 trays of tinned chopped tomatoes, tray of tinned chickpeas, tray of tinned tuna flakes, box 2min rice for Ms C(i prefer brown rice). Also some soft drinks.
For the "covid-safe" christmas boxes: pre-packed pannetone, chocolates, cheeses. Just need biscuits and will be making HM relish from allotment tomatoes kept for the purpose.
Out: whole chicken last night. Some blanched frozen chard stems from allotment for side dish.
Keep safe everyone and make sure to check in here if you need a chat or ideas for meals if you can't leave the house or out of ideas for what to do with a cupboard full of chopped tomatoes!  :D

In:  not sure but need to pop out and going to look to see if Co-op have their steak & chip deal in (might not as it's only a very small shop but at £4 got to be worth a punt!  Didn't go in the end, just popped to the farm shop for some veg so just a small spend and nothing into the freezer

Out - whole chicken for dinner tomorrow and LOs will be used for at least another 2 meals
