Went shopping at The Food Warehouse today so bought 3 for £10 fish - cod, salmon & white fish so that's all gone in, plus a bag of mini corn on the cob

We'll be having cod on spicy green lentils for dinner tomorrow so will need to get 2 of the cod portions out plus a bag of spicy lentils which I cooked last month.

I like that fish deal, got the 3 cod and 3 smoked haddock last week, just put mini cobs on my grocery list as I keep forgetting them.
Do I need it or just want it.

I'm sure the low fat sausages will be fine.  If they're anything like my local butcher's ones they don't use cereal as a filler just egg - I actually asked what they used to bind them as I didn't want cereal filler either!

Chucked the sausage in slow cooker with some mira poix and leeks, from the freezer, some dried mushrooms and peppers, tin of beans, left to cook, made some soft polenta, haven`t had any for ages, it was really delicious, and just using up odds and ends from freezer and cupboards.
