Just realised I hadn't got anything out for tomorrow night usually we'd have LO roast meat but as no roast today so needed to get something out!
Out: half pack of pork mince; small amount of lambs liver; small wholemeal roll for my supper tonight
In: nothing
The pork & liver will be used to make faggots. Hoping there will be enough to freeze a couple of portions for another day but not holding out much hope with the amount of meat there is!

missychrissy - I do Slimming World so mine are a "light" version! If you want that version I'm quite happy to post it. Just ask again.
If you're not dieting I would recommend using the BBC website one; but as pamsdish has said there are lots of recipes available.

Found the recipe I like, I freeze separate after the cook stage, prefer to make fresh onion gravy while they are warming through in a saucepan with a spot of water, stops them sticking and it can be added to gravy.
