In - nothing at the moment but there might be some veg curry later
Out - bag of mixed chopped veg for curry.  It's not a big bag so will be adding a potato, a sweet potato & a tin of chickpeas to it to stretch I hope to 4 portions so half can go in the freezer!

I will never eat chips done any other way again, so light, fluffy and crisp. I bought a sack of potatoes and they were starting to feel a little soft, so I peeled and chipped, steamed in the instant pot 5 mins, spread on a tray and open froze, wish now I had done more. Cooked from frozen in deep fat frier.

Yesterday's pork joint wasn't big enough to have LOs for dinner tonight so have got 2 very small steaks and  2 small pork steaks out from the freezer to BBQ for dinner tonight.

    Nothing into the freezer today.
