    Hi joedenise, my recipe was given to me years ago from the " lots of sneaky ways to save the pennies" thread, I too use  pork mince, lamb liver, and bacon bits, plus the usual bits, they are delicious,  usually quite pleased with T.Ks recipes, but found these disappointing.
    Do I need it or just want it.

    Out - nothing from freezer but will be using some lentils from the cupboard to make a shepherds pie

    Change of menu plan for tomorrow so I've now got some bacon pieces and pork steaks out for lunch and dinner tomorrow but still nothing In.

    IN: 4 nan bread, 4 p.b sourdough rolls, 15 crumpets, 2 lge battered haddock.
    OUT: 2 Tuna steaks
    Bought salad for tonight not sure what protein yet, as above decided to use the 2 tuna been lurking for what seems like decades.
    Do I need it or just want it.

    OUT: Lamb mince to make a doner fakeaway, which will go in a sourdough roll, piece of brisket for tomorrow, planning a stew as the weather is forecast to be cold.
