I've been lurking here for a while but it's time to make myself accountable....
I'm a food hoarder. So I'm determined to change my ways and stop buying more and use up what I have.
So today it'll be Swedish Meatballs, frozen mash, tinned peas and gravy out
    Milk and eggs in

couple of power cuts here today due to the wind bringing down trees
I had the slow cooker on - I think it will all be cooked ready for tea

Out: cooked turkey slices, smoked salmon during the power cut as DH wanted something for lunch  - I couldn't even do toast. A small cooked christmas pudding. I've made the turkey into a casserole, and the christmas pud will have ice cream, I'm trying to make it not like Christmas.
Sorry but I failed on the bulk freezing - 2 butchered and jointed fallow deer arriving next week - DH went shooting with friends - at least I won't have to buy any beef for the rest of the year.
