I have a red cabbage in my fridge and 2 packs of Schwartz ?? red cabbage seasonings, just trying to get some room in my freezer to cook it and freeze in portions.
Do I need it or just want it.

Nothing in, leftover chicken and stir fry bits out for tea.

I have 8 sheets of rather crumbly filo pastry to use - anyone have any great ideas (not a big fan of it but it is surplus from Christmas Canapes).

  • 2x sausage meat out of the freezer ready to make scotch eggs and some blackberries and apple for crumbles.

Need to use some of the 70+ eggs the girls have given me this last week.
Lost my way for far too long but now back on board to lead a more simplistic lifestyle

Trying to recall what I did with the ones I had, think I cut into strips and rolled apple slices in, pushed into muffin tins to bake.

I stuck them in the freezer!

Out (yesterday) - roast pork. Packet of annoying and slightly odd stuffing mix that was never going to get used, part baked baguettes. Slightly dodgy potatoes and sweet potatoes and onions.

Out (today) sausage meat (to add to slightly dodgy stuffing mix!).

In - Salmon fillets, salmon flakes.
