Eating out of the freezer and cupboards challenge - part two

Doing the salad thing for a few days to use it while still fresh. It is an effort as I have full freezers so will start on them later in week.

I've been absent from here for a long while but now I am back and ready to do battle with my two and a half full freezers again.

I've went from having 2 full freezers to just 2 full drawers :eek:

Portion of lamb I will freeze, I need to use up some salad and did 4 eggs in my crockpot express yesterday as a test run after problems and changing the seal, cooked the eggs ok but won`t cook the dogs chicken, needs further investigation.

@Soworried - wow I hope I can get there. I really want to use up all I have before filling up again. I need to save some money over next two months.

have had 2 meals from freezer the last 2 days and may have last 2 faggorts with peas if I call in to get chips from chippy on home from doc and sm, otherwise will make an impossible quiche and have salad but its cold and wet still. Have had to put ch on. Urgg

Crockpot Express returned to Amazon, bought last July, they no longer stock it :huh: wondering if a fault has developed, got a full refund after 10 months use, now can`t decide if I want another electric pressure cooker.

Well used some SR flour/eggs and fridge stuff but ended up putting 2 lots of cooked food back into freezer, not really the aim.
