Out: with some sausages for dinner tonight

I swear the stuff in there is multiplying on its own !!!

I have been suffering with a back spasm since last Wednesday, still can`t stand for more than a minute or so, cooked 2 chicken thighs yesterday, sat on a stool and chopped a celeriac into pieces and roasted in oven too, intended a few more veg but in so much pain couldn`t do any more, so.
OUT 2 chicken thighs, pork chop today.
making a massage app when they open so may use some more veg and not just reheating the roast celeriac, IF I get the desired result.
Do I need it or just want it.

  • Know just where you are coming from Pam, I have stool in kitchen and another in bathroom (cleaning teeth). You can cook celariac/swede etc with the singing swede methodin microwave. Chopping can be such hard work I know. I sit and do my prep around 11.00 a.m. in bits and go for sit down in chair inbetween so when I need to put meat part on at least the veg are ready to go. I also put rice/pasta etc in hot water and leave it, when I need to do just bring to boil, it has already softened up so does not take as long.

Unfortunately, I did have to top up a little bit the other day which is going against my 'eating out of the cupboards' plan. However, back in the game as of today.

I've got about 15 bottles of Frylight. I stockpiled it when they had it cheap in ALDI. Starting to regret that. No issues, just need to keep using it :D
  • OUT of Freezer - Liver for tonight's tea  / Broccoli to go with Liver / Stewed Apple for HM Fruit Corner
OUT of Fridge - Carrots to go with Liver.

Nothing to go in - No Spend Day :j!

Thanks for the sympathy all, massage today as closed Mondays, not feeling much relief yet, it`s Bowen therapy, apparently it`s better not to feel good too soon. !!!
Well I will give it a fair trial, another session next Tuesday.
Having the chop today as had beans on toast yesterday.
Do I need it or just want it.
