Eating out of the freezer and cupboards challenge - part two

Last weekends shopping didn't add anymore food to what I already have. Yesterday, purchased locally one store cupboard item which was cheaper (Cash and Carry store) than what I had considered online.
Using up freezer stored raw/cleaned "carrot glut" - Juiced the whole lot. Reserved the (clean) leftover pulp for future uses; the latter now back in the freezer.
Using up miscellaneous food items - Pasta dishes have been versatile for this.0 -
Yesterday and today
In: chorizo
Out: pork steak, chicken thighs, brown rice, cupasoup, root ginger, tinned butterbeans
Used up: sprouts, cheese spread, pot salout cheese0 -
Did not do an online food grocery order again this week so still using up what I have. Defrosted the fridge freezer yesterday and the drawers are definitely more spacious/lighter.
Another store cupboard ingredient purchased due to the current "Ramadan offers."0 -
Yesterday & today

Since last Thursday:-
- The freezer stored "carrot glut" has decreased a lot. Been using up the leftover (clean) carrot pulp from juicing. Found some fresh chives locally which I dehydrated and had.
- No "yellow-sticker" purchases recently and a growing dislike of being in shops.
Freezer space - might aim for 3 out of 4 drawers empty by end May 2018.0 -
In: nothing
Out: buttermilk baked chicken thigh, corn, spinach
Used up: cottage cheese
Ditched: a few stalks of very limp celery0 -
In: nothing
Out: pork chop, lorne, tattie scone, root veg mash, peas
Used up: mushrooms, banana0 -
Plenty of "yellow-sticker" possibilities last Saturday and Sunday. Avocados just purchased on one of these days (8 for £2.20/should have been £8.76). Will be having these alongside present food ingredients that need using up. 3 out of 4 empty freezer drawers currently looks possible by the end of the month (but anything could happen by end 31st May!).0

Hello! Joining in, if I may. This week we're (wife and I, no kids) completely strapped til payday.
Last night we had roast pork from the freezer, frozen spinach, and a pack of puy lentils from the back of the cupboard.
For lunches this week we're on sweetcorn and tuna sandwiches using cupboard items and marked down bread we stashed in the freezer, salads of lettuce, pepper, and cucumber from the marked-down section, and fruit/nut bars that have been languishing in the cupboard as we don't like the flavours.
Dinners for the rest of the week are more of the pork, some spaghetti using turkey mince and cupboard items, and we'll just have to buy in some broccoli and mushrooms. Hoping to spend less than £10 between now and payday on Friday. Spent £5.15 of the £10 this morning on muesli, apples, oranges, and bananas for breakfasts and snacks at work.0
