OUT: Chops, mac cheese box, jelly portion
    IN: Nothing

Have stocktaked my little freezer today and made a start on the caravan storage. I have brought a basket of things in to use up for lunches and will place at eye level. Filling in Out of Milk as I go and also making a list of some things I need to devise a use for to go on the meal planning list.

I can see some lemon curd lurking at the back of my cupboard so I was thinking of making a lemon meringue pie, do I need to add anything to the lemon curd or just spread it on as is? Haven't made one for absolutely ages and never from a jar of lemon curd. Don't really want a runny mess if can help it. Also I will have egg yolks left over, what do people do with spare ones apart from share with the dog? ;)

Mix the egg yolks with a little milk, whip up and make scrambled egg.

Alternatively perhaps fry a few mushrooms, stir in some grated cheese and make a cheese and. Mushroom omelette?

Since last Sunday, none of the "mini challenge" recipes have been used up. Some days, just prefer something different.

No food purchases acquired but this is easier when the weather is "bad".
