Kirri and MNR aww stop it am getting Whole Foods envy, especially cos I used to work in Ken High St.
Kirri please tell me you don't mix the OJ in the yogurt as well
Since going wheat and gluten fee, OH not had the digestive issues at alljust goes to prove the old adage 'You Are What You Eat'.
He's now heavily into the gluten free granola + organic yogurt for breakfast thang now though. Am wondering when he will start wearing board shorts and calling me dude :rotfl:
Am working out shopping list as unloading out of the freezer onto my mother later today:
unsliced organic rye loaf from market in next town
Burgen sliced soya & linseed loaf (nice I tried teeny bit once before - 50p cheaper than Waitrose at Iceland)
2 x Sainsbury's SO organic wholemeal seeded sliced loaves
3 x Sainsbury's SO organic 4 wholemeal seeded rolls (think these VG price at 4 for £1)
2 x Respect organic carrot cake
1 x Riverford 2 Homity pies
1 x Riverford 2 leek and ham tarts
1 large mature Cheddar and whatever Higgidy quiche
That should create quite a bit of space I hope !0 -
^ No, most definitely separate! I have OJ mixed 50:50 with water when I get up and usually eat a bit later.
You should do a visit too if you are ever in town. It did have a GF section as well but I didn't go and look at that.0 -

Out of freezer home grown beef in slow cooker with Swede, carrots and onion. Ideally need to go food shopping for fresh stuff but we have bought our first house and move in next week so cannot see the point in buying stuff to move it. Some random combinations may be heading to our plates over the next few daysHouse purchased November 2013
Original MF Date: January 2045 - £104,400

Veggie sausages out the freezer and 2 x scotch pies (they're finished now, which will upset the mutt greatly, he had them for breakfast)
Nothing going in. I simply can't afford it!0 -
Er, nothing out of freezer today... I rustled up a nice lunch so far, albeit from M&S again
Moroccan houmous (best houmous taste around), Italian baby leaf salad, 'super wholefood with a mint vinaigrette' salad and wholemeal pitta which I toasted and sliced.
Breakfast the usual yoghurt/granola and OJ
Will have to snack on fruit today as no cake left and too knackered to make anything. Have got a lot of pineapple left, some bananas and apples from Wholefoods and picked up some clementines reduced in M&S this morning (they have so much fresh stuff reduced though not a lot of organic).
Not sure about dinner yet, I've got some vegan red pesto open so may use that with HG peppers.
Will be back cooking again next week probably. Got some giant couscous to try cooking for the first time. Anyone got any recommendations for a cookbook on these superfood type salads? the type you buy with grains, pulses, dressings, veg etc in like the M&S ones?

I have also just pulled out 8 home made spicy lentil burgers and a hm garlic bread to have for dinner tomorrow, that will be nice and quick meal to make after work, especially as I need to go food shopping on my way home
The gaps are starting to get so big in the freezer now that it is starting to scare me £36/£240

Was going to be no freezer movements but Mr F got 6 Dabs for £1.65 at the market so 4 of them going in.
Nothing out.
For dinner we had HM Salmon Quiche + HM wedges + roasted red onion, white onion & tomatoes. I had some lovely cooking juices left in the dish so tipped it on the veggies - yummy.
