Eating out of the freezer and cupboards challenge - part two

Out- Meatballs to go with tomato sauce and spaghetti for dinner. Also going to take out two chicken drumsticks to make chicken soup tomorrow.

Nothing in to freezer.
Out - muffin + tub HM crumble + sausages + bag of white fish + bag of fish mix + tub of HM cauliflower cheese.
I am going to make fish pie and need space in the freezer.
We had roast potatoes/parsnip + HM carrot/onion quiche + cabbage/carrots for dinner.

Soworried

Out of the freezer is mozzarella to make hm pizza for dinner.

Nothing should go in.

Out today - Cheese and Onion crispbakes and an assortment of veg for dinner, plus YS loaf for lunches.

In - Some sliced peppers if I get around to it!

Well the deadline has passed. Came back from my mums farm with 2 massive cooler bags full of meat, just managed to fit it all in the freezer.

IN: approx 15kg of home grown lamb, pork, bacon, gamon and sausages.

Holland & Barrett order turned up.. bashed box but everything OK

V8 veg juice x2 (to try, never had it), organic shirataki noodles x4, gluten free muesli and granola, organic Bombay mix x2, Granovita nut luncheon meat, Go Do espresso organic chocolate bar 35g - most of this is for OH's breakfast/lunches.

Thanks, I still have to pay for most of it. I bought £100 of bacon pig (sausage, bacon, gamon joints, gamon slices - which are the size of an A4 piece of paper) mum gave us half a lamb and we bought the other half and bought half a pig. Although its a lot of money in one go it works out so much cheaper than buying it from the supermarket in dribs and drabs over the year and it tastes soooo much better. Didn't have enough room in our freezer to bring it all back tho I only just managed to get what I bought back in. Ah well plenty of meat to keep us going.

Oh waitrose! In freezer frozen spinach, spinach falafels, chicken mojito cigarellos and veggie bean bakes.all ys to 70p each (except spinach)

Im planning a mexican feast on Sunday so actually good finds.

I got a freebie with Abel & Cole order today.. a mini mince pie. I low carb and OH is now gluten/wheat free so gave it to counsellor.

Yep waitrose so stocked up on Gojo berry juice and frozen blueberries as well a other things:-)
Had to exercise at 6am to fit it all in:-)

Lost 4lb this week:-)
