Evening Diary,
It's been a juggling act between work and the DIYers but all done for today and chilling out in my PJs.. Same again tomorrow to come.
Healthwise, much the same as the weekend, plus this added eye twitch that started late last week - at least it's not painful or affecting anything. Thankful for that.
It's been a paying out day with the CC getting £260, fuel fill up costing £36 and that rogue 1p again :rotfl: and £3 for eyebrow thread.
The second £3 from P!necone is on it's way to PayPal, once that's in, I'll transfer the £6 to the bank and that can come off the CC as well. There's also now £1 in 2p's so that can be banked and come off the card. And £c0 have paid £1.05 into my account too, so that's £8 extra to the CC. Yay!
Financials
- bank account checked
- freepostcodelottery checked
- Nectar card value - £43.71
- Inbox Pounds - up to £2.73
- Qmee - nothing new, still 34p in the pot
My tax bill has arrived from HMRC, it's not due until end of Jan, so that's sat in my In Tray until next year and the money is separate in the business account. No stress from that one!
Think that's all the news, trying hard not to do anything I don't need to. DIYers very understanding that there isn't any cake for them as yet , hopefully I'll get one made after work tomorrow.
2 weeks of work to go :j:jBack on the DFW Wagon:

Afternoon diary,
Missed yesterday, but nothing exciting to report - just more work and more jobs finished in the house.
A similar day today, though going to do the food shop tonight and get everything I need for Sunday, which negates the need to go out Saturday morning when I need to get on with preparing rooms.
Mortgage interest letter has arrived and that big payment on the 1st has reduced it by a welcome £3.50 to £380.73.
Ooh great news in that maintenance for DS has arrived in my account :j which really helps the budget this month and pushes my emergency fund back up to where I wanted it.
Still not well, but I do feel better if I battle through it and then feel near normal during the day.
I've kept on top of all the usual financials - picked up another 9p on Qmee, so that's at 45p and P!necone have sent yet another survey to do for £3. :j
We're having batch spag bol out of the freezer tonight and I've got some work stuff I need to do in readiness for tomorrow. Long day to come, won't be out the door heading for home until 7ish I predict. Insane for a Friday night.
8 working days to go to my Christmas break :j:j
Hope everyone's week is going well.Back on the DFW Wagon:

Pleased the ackers have finally arrived!!

Had to look up 'ackers', haven't heard of that before, but yes, delighted to have received that especially as we will need to replace his schoolbag and possibly school shoes over the holidays.
Food shop done - a round trip to Ald!, F@rm F00ds and Sbugs - a total spend of @£70 and used £20 in points too. That covers all the veg and extras for this weekend, next week's normal food needs, a couple of Christmas food bits and another beef joint as they're still on offer - I've cut it into 2 and and frozen individually, perfect for roasts come Jan/Feb.
Looking forward to getting work out of the way tomorrow and starting on home stuff. Got a friend coming over Saturday night for a veg prepping party :rotfl:Back on the DFW Wagon:
