Just a photo and demand for money, that's all

But who was it from and some indication of what letters you've already had ( and from whom ) and when you got them would help.

I'll look at them. They were all from Parking Eye. Very similar, photos of the car and a claim that I stayed over time. I'll dig them out. I am nervous about posting exact details on here though

Per my signature don't reveal anything that identifies you, but we need certain amount of info otherwise you'll only get general help and not anything specific. Now please give a little more detail otherwise we cannot help
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

This feels a little like pulling teeth !

    1. Did you get a ticket on the windscreen - if so when ?
    2. Did you get a Notice to Keeper - if so when ?
    3. What letters ( i.e. titles ) have you received and on what dates ?

can I ask why it matters if they know you have been on here?
im sure you've been asked many times before, if theres a post or thread you could direct me to. ive no issue with a ticket im nfa so don't need to pay, but just for general info and curiosity.

I am the registered keeper and one of the drivers.

I said I will check the letters but they are from PE and are just a couple of photos of the vehicle entering and leaving and saying that I owe them money for violating the conditions. There was nothing on the vehicle

Because particularly Parking Eye who pays people to monitor this forum . They are looking to identify people to take further action against, we know for a fact that part of the claims pack they send out show forum posts from the users.

Why is that important? Well if someone is saying for example they were the driver, then go to the small claims and say they weren't , what would that say?

We had a case here yesterday where someone had a letter before claim through, they basically identified themselves on here through the details provided. Fortunately in this case the user had an email through whilst taking advice cancelling it, that was within 15 minutes of posting.

It may be a coincidence of course, but we know for a fact that they employ people to get ammunition from websites for further action.
