OK. We need a bit more to help.
When did it happen?
When did you get the letter to owner/notice to keeper (what was the date on it?)
Have you been into Aldi to see the manager, not an underling, and get him to cancel it?
Have you been onto Aldi customer services to enlist their help, assuming you were a genuine shopper.
We can help you, but we need that info to start off. I am also assuming that you and Aldi are in England or Wales. Yes?0 -
I'll have to check. It was a few months ago now and I did just ignore it, along with the 2 or 3 follow ups. I haven't received anything further for a while. It could have been that I went in twice or that my girlfriend and my self went in. There was one ocassion when I ripped my front valence off on their kerb and had to get some tape to fix it before I could move the car but even then I didn't think that I exceded the time.0

We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

            Sorry. England0

What exactly did the last letter say? Is it a letter before claim? Is it only parking eye contacting you, or is there a debt collector involved? Are you as the registered keeper also the driver?
