If you want help with the POPLA appeal in due course for the driver, yes. But she's not at POPLA stage yet anyway, she's at first appeal stage.
The soft appeal has been discussed to death so just send it! Doesn't even cost anything, can be submitted online in 5 minutes flat and is purely to get that POPLA code.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
