    Morning
Off out birthday shopping this morning so won't repost until I get in.

Pigpen - have had smiles for about 2 weeks now and the chuckling in sleep for a week. Tiny is also selective with her smiles, I tried not to take offence at being laughed at lol. Although I'm sure I looked rough at 2am. Current party trick is pooing mid nappy change.

Have a good day and hugs to all.

Morning all. Well I awoke this morning before the alarm went off to the sound of both kids crashing around to get ready for school. They must have alarms set for 6am!
DD rang me at 8 to say she'd forgotten her homework. Luckily, I got stopped at the pelican crossing on a red light as she was crossing so was able to hand it through the window to her and come home.
She couldn't find her clothes this morning so has borrowed my undies. Shucks, I put it all away last night and then we shifted the furniture :o.
So today, I need to do the bathroom. I also need to get back into the kitchen and clean the floors in the kitchen bathroom and utility/downstairs loo. Need to do the ironing.
Can't do anything with DD's bedroom as it needs another coat this evening.
May be going off list today then.
Catch up later. I have programmes to watch whilst ironing so that's ok :).

Done, so I'm going to make some new covers for my steam mop from some old towels. I'll make some for a friend too and pop them round with a bottle of vinegar I bought for her, 'cause I know how to treat a lady! :rotfl:

It is a year today since a family friend committed suicide and a blog I read had some useful and thought provoking links to articles about taking care of your mental well-being. I hope you won't mind me copying them in here?

Monday - Little bit of everything to start the week
    Clean oven
    Hoover and mop floor

Tuesday - Bathroom, Powder Room and Hallway
Fill holes in PR and vestibule window from blind removal
    mop vestibule
    Tidy up toiletries and storage
Pick up blinds for PR and vestibule (landing?)
    mop bathroom floor
    Pick up gazebo from inlaws

    Wednesday - Bedrooms
    Fix jewelry hanger
    Make BF tidy 'man cave'

Thursday - Living Room and other reception rooms

Pick up extra pillows for spare bed (duvet?)
    Clean chair for dresser

    Morning all,
Ended up off to my sisters last night, finally got a proper spare bed :T
Did a shop to @sda for the drink for Saturday's party, filled up my sisters car (the BF not only managed to overestimate what would fit in his van but also didn't empty it before we went down:mad: I had to borrow my sisters car to get the bed up in one trip, mum and stepdad will take it home at the weekend) with petrol. Only thing off the list that got done was the me time, painted my toe nails while reading in bed.
Will pick back up with the lists this evening, tomorrow can be the living room which at the moment is probably my R.O.D. Between all the paperwork, the boxes of cds and books and the AS kit it really isn't fit for a party. But we'll get there and Saturday morning can be spent creating a buffet masterpiece and giving a quick S&S round the bathrooms and kitchen.

Shall go and catch up with the thread if I get a chance but hugs, spoons and vibes where needed

Well I'm having a well earned coffee break now. I have just whipped round and done Mondays list and cleaned the windows at the front. Sat down and noticed something on my shoe and some *%#! Has let their dog take a dump on my path so I will be vaxing through downstairs again later :(. Trainers and hiking boots now in washing machine. Very grumpy. I hate dog poo.

But hey, I no longer have snail trails up my windows and the window above my front door is now letting more light in :o.

Just checked list and Tuesdays is done.
Wednesday now done apart from me time. Still not got ironing done but am wondering about wise ness of this. It's bedding and the drawer broke yesterday so needs fixing and shirts but I can't get to either child's wardrobe ATM to put away. Think it can wait until Sunday. Dismantling the laptop keyboard was hard! Never doing that again :o!
