Halifax, Lloyds Bank, BOS online banking, now really slow

Options
Re the above, has anyone else been suffering from their online banking services being really slow ever since the TSB split from Lloyds in September? I have, and I don't know whether it's anything to do with their systems now, or whether it's being caused by something else to do with my computer.

I've not noticed any change in how the site operates since the switch - speed or otherwise.

Full system scans may be in order...

I've done this, and I haven't changed anything, so don't know why their sites are so slow for me now. None of my other online banking sites are any slower than usual.

Have you tried a different device?

I too have experienced Halifax noticeably slower recently - all other financial institutions I use (banks/CC) are no different, just Halifax.

I use a mac and all updates and full scans are done by me immediately before logging on using Kaspersky. I do find that Halifax is rather more hit-and-miss than any other bank, personally.

    Have you run Malwarebytes?

    Possible Mitb?

Thank you for reply. No, I haven't access to another computer, apart from work, and I wouldn't want to use that one.

Thank you for reply. Sorry, you've lost me (I'm not very good with techy stuff), I don't know what this is. Is Mitb a Malwarebyte, and if so, what does it do? I'm sorry for having to ask :o.
