Your BIL is a THIEF and you are as bad as him if you know about this and do nothing about it.

I am disgusted that people think it is right to steal.

There are thousands and thousands of people struggling just now but the majority of them are honest people.

What makes you think your BIL is so different, and don't give me the sob story of you care for your sister and niece.

Your BIL and sister deserve what is coming to them.

i have only just found out and because it is personal i cant see it as cut and dry as eveyone else here can. not saying that stealing is right at all.

its easier said than done, im protective over my little sister and dont want to see her go through any more stuff.

He has credit cards according to you so presumably has some income be it wages or benefits. If he chooses to pee it away in one of the many pubs in Rochester High Street and then make up the shortfall thieving then when he's caught there will be consequences. Hardly rocket science.

i didnt say brother in law was starving but i know money is very tight. his hours have been cut drastically and sister is still on maternity leave and the money from that keeps going down. they are certainly not wasting any money - have not been abroad this year at all.
