Not even a penny from my APG
Noooooooooo!! With a receipt like that??
I've stopped doing online shopping. I was getting dented tins, the offers I wanted were out of stock, and one time I ordered fresh raspberries and received frozen ones that were no longer frozen! The drivers weren't waiting for me to check the bags so I was having to physically take stuff back. The raspberries were put in as what I had ordered (even although they weren't the right ones) so were not in "substitute" bags. The raspberries were the final straw. It was handy for getting heavy things carried up the stair for me but the products weren't all arriving as they should.Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000

to poor internet food shopping experience.
i always used to do online grocery shops when the boys were small, but i think it works best if you are not very particular (some would say fussy, but i just know what i want!). it took me longer to sort through everything, to check it was all there and that the use by dates were long enough and the veg were all okay etc etc that the minute child 2 started nursery i was back in the shops. that said, you can get some good compensation and freebies when it goes pear shaped if you can be bothered, but these days a happy hour in aldi is all i needMortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

I know!
I don't think I'll be online shopping again. We don't really buy enough to make it worthwhile, and I only did it this time to get the £20 offI'm nicely stocked on cat food now, and got a few bits of meat for the freezer, so I'm happy enough.
The transaction went through and they had charged me the correct amount, so it looks like I just got a couple of bonus Nectar pointsI'm up to 9892 / £49.46 now :T I'm going to have a look in our local Sainsbugs this weekend and see if they have anything I could buy with my points and use for Christmas presents. I still have a few people to get for and the more pennies I can save the better!

Aye. I wasn't sure if I would use it as I don't normally spend that much in one go, but we needed milk, bread and bananas anyway, so decided to just go for it. Like I said, we're now topped up on catfood and meat, and I got some things we were low on like stock cubes and bin bags.
I'm just going to have to be a little thrifty for the rest of the month (as usual, haha!)0 -

Morning all
No meal plan yet in Mooo Towers (I'm letting the side down!) but that's mainly because Mama and Papa Mooo arrive on Thursday so it'll be a lot of meals out I think.
Nectar balance is up to 9918 / £49.59I added a few more points on Adpoints this morning, but it's slow going.
Nowt to report really apart from making £6 today selling something I didn't need. It's all money in the holiday pot0 -
Meal plan
I've paired mine down, something with chicken, something with mince..
You could just go further and say.
Meals in.
Meals out.I know I'm from the shoddy school of can't make my meal plan work for me so I'm cheating.
Enjoy the folks, how long they down for.
Beanie I pondered too wasn't sure I'd use it all but stocked up on loo roll, pet food and lots of store stapes, but its not cheap, I got them to bring the 'heavy stuff' poor bloke. But would I do it again, mebbes even if its just for dug fud as they seem to prefer that 'valoo brand' to the Mr T one.
