SBO so am I but I could have been a bit wiser. If I had just let the kitchen burn I'd have got a new kitchen  Stupid stupid stupid
Nivver mind.
Was out for lunch today- was yum and DD made dinner and it was yum as well. Not good for the old diet mind you. Spent about a tenner today but cash all done as payday due on Friday.
Tried to get another 0% card today but no luck. Waiting on Santander but they turned me down before so am not hopeful. So in Feb I will concentrate again on my overdraft. I have reduced it by £300 this month and will try my hardest next month as well. I have managed to leave my £50 in the Christmas fund as well so am pleased with that. I am going to have a look at my funds for Feb tonight and see how much I need to lift for my envelopes. I'll look through my spends as well and see how close or not I was with my budgeting. So am watching BB final. Oli is my winner. Love him on made in Chelsea and love him on here. Not voted as too exoensive but he has my mental vote ha ha
Be back to report how [STRIKE]&uggered[/STRIKE]well my budget for next month looks xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

By end 2021 I want CC at £10,000.000 -
oh dear God. I'm effed
Once all monies are in I can do my frugal living budget of £475. £100 for petrol, £112.50 for school, £50 gifts fund and £50 Christmas. That leaves me with £162 for everything else and I already know I am going to be £40 for haircuts and I have a night out on Saturday. So food budget will be about £100 for the month
However I have just remembered I have digs money so things may not be quite so bleak. We'll see how it goes. If I manage to stick to my budgets, and I will try very hard to, then I could possibly pay another £300 off of my overdraft5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

What a day!!
Left work early for once, about 4pm and thank God I did or one of my worst nightmares would have come true. At the moment there are huge roadworks going on on the one and only road I can travel home. This results in 1 lane of our dual carriageway being blocked with people waiting to go over the Erskine Bridge. I drive past this but because of selfish idiot drivers there are so many bumps it is ridiculous. Every time it happens we are held up for over an hour and tbh it would all work fine if people didn't try and queue jump. I have been ready to get out my car and punch faces in as I get so angry at the arrogance of folks. Anyway, I digress, as per. My daughter and my niece both travel that road as my niece works with me and DD goes to college. Any time we are held up and I know there is a crash my heart pounds and I convince myself it will be one of them. Well tonight, it was and my poor wee niece was involved. 2 cars in front of her had already bumped and she ran into the back of them at about 45 miles per hr. If I had left work at normal time I would have been passing her and I would literally have had a heart attack. Thankfully she is okay. Very shaken but okay. She'll no doubt be sore in the morning. Folks from work had tried to call me but I never heard them and my brother rushed up to get to her. He said when he got there the paramedic was talking to her in the car door and his mind raced and he thought she was stuck in the car and they were going to cut roof off but Thank God no. I feel quite sick tbh and am so glad I didn't witness it.
Other news. Spent about £16 today. Last night I worked late and had been traipsing up and down my floor in work looking for sweets and there was not one thing lying about. So today I went to ALDI and spent £6 on sweets. Got loads and we all had a nice afternoon sugar rush. Also met DD and went for lunch and of course I paid *rolleyes* which was another £10. But I love when she is up at college and we can meet up for lunch. So nice to have a wee hour just her and I.
I have looked at my budget. I think I told you guys I was trying to do the frugal challenge and guess what ?? FAIL lol. Overspent by nearly £300 in first month. Oops. Just shows how much I was spending before though. Am not too worried though as I really see the challenge as a way to focus my spends and am hoping I will be getting near my monthly budget of £475 per month by end of year. When I looked at my spends I had spent nearly £200 unnecessarily on things like sweets for my team ( I could have baked a cake) lunches in work ( hmmm just silly really) and nights out ( I could easily have taken the car). So work to be done if I want to knuckle down to this debt. However I did pay £300 off of my overdraft in addition to £314.43 to CC's so I am very pleased with that. When I see those figures though I could cry because if I could save that money rather than pay off debt then I could save about £7k a year. That's a new kitchen
. Never mind. We are all hale and hearty and that is the main thing xx
