lol too true. Hugs, cups of tea and general blethering. My son is off just now allegedly studying for his Higher prelims and every night I come in and the dishwasher is full and kitchen is a riot. Every night I roar that he should have at least cleaned up the kitchen and every bloody night he answers 'you never told me to':mad::mad: it drives DD and I up the wall but is also funny and that's why he gets away with it.5 Year plan. oh PLMBL it won't be too long until it's your own boys. My ds came downstairs one night with a blob of gloop on his head. I asked him what it was and he grunted 'I dunno'. I tentatively smelt it (picture the scene and facial expression) and discovered it was shampoo  the lazy git hadn't even rubbed it in :rotfl: straight back in shower he went with the threat that if he didn't start being more careful when he washed then I would be washing him again and tbh these days he showers pretty frequently.
My niece will be fine PLMBL. She's a bit achy now but heading for a bath and will take some painkillers and get to bed.
I just did an online shop. I used mysupermarket.co.uk and got a £15 off voucher for sainsburys. I also got 137 nectar points and I am getting it delivered tomorrow night between 9-10 for only £2.99. I have bought tonnes of food for the freezer and with all the discounts I was only £66. I also get £1.99 cashback paid into my paypal account. I am very pleased with that. Next delivery will be in DD's name to get the £15 again :rotfl:. Smashing5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Pay away day here
Spent £9.30 on a chinese for DD and I. It was lush and worth every penny. Got my Sainsburys delivery as well and I am well impressed with the things I got. Lots of meals and snacks and as I said only £66. Am very happy with it. Saved a few pounds by not buying fizzy juice as I am still not drinking it and feel good for it. I bought decaff earl grey as I love that so it was my wee treat to me.
Getting hair cut tomorrowand then have a charity night tomorrow night in memory of my big mate who collapsed and died last year doing a charity walk. It will be really sad but we want to raise cash for British heart foundation and the mountain rescue team who helped him off of the mountain. His 2 young kids will be there which will be hard to swallow but it should be a good night anyway with good company.oh and it'll be cheap as well as just a wee bar in a church hall.
Not much more to tell today. Payday but I am just going to lift what I am allowed for the month tomorrow and let things shuffle along and do my best to stick to the budget. A new month and a new attitude xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Afternoon folks. Am here and trying very very hard to be positive but I have a not so mild feeling of panic washing over me. DS and I got haircuts today so that was £40. I got buttons and a new baby aran pattern as I have an order for an aran cardigan and a bobble hat. These are for my Aunt to use as a christening gift so I will not take money from her so that was £4. I put my boots into cobblers to get buttons fixed which will be £2. I came home and put all the money for month into my envelopes and I am left with £45 for the month  I mean seriously. How do folks do this frugal challenge. I'm effed :rotfl:again.
I have an envelope with £100 in for petrol, £112.50 for DS for school and £50 for gifts. I move £50 to another account towards Christmas and that leaves me £112.50 for everything else. I have already spent money on shopping and hair cuts and I have a night out tonight :rotfl: am feeling slightly hysterical and am actually sitting laughing. I will probs spend about £25 tonight ( and I'm going , this is not negotiable as is in memory of a very special man) so I am left with £20 for 4 weeks wahahahaha !!!!!!!!!
I don't even have a plan lol
Never mind. My hair is lovely..............always a positive folks..........always a positive xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
