  • Ha ha I did think about just paying it but am sticking with the plan. The extra earnings pay the debt. I will be there this week as I have some laundry money due.

I've got a wee day off today. I'm just going to spend it mooching and tidying. All laundry ( for business) is cleared so home laundry being cleared today.

My friend is up from his boyfriends in England so I will be arranging some time with him hopefully over the weekend

Kat I may appear to have energy but today I am sloth and doing not very much.

DD wants me to go and look at a flat with her today, so we will do that later on. Will be sad if she moves out but it's probably time. Just not sure if she can afford it.

Going to do a new finances sheet as I am losing track of spends a bit and have slipped into overdraft already. Need to sort that out ASAP.

I hope everyone is doing fab and life is not too shoddy. xx

  • Thanks guys I am very chuffed. Am now impatient to get into the £10's. Hoping to do that within next 3 or 4 weeks :)

Not overly busy this weekend so will try and get summer house sorted out. I think it's to be dry on Sunday so I'm hoping to get a good start on it then. I'll be able to see if the building is salvageable or if I would be cheaper just getting a new shed. My friend's son works for a shed firm so I could get a decent deal. I'll see

DD's birthday next week so am just about to message local handyman to come and measure up her wardrobes and get them done. It's the only thing she has asked for so its nice and easy. xx

Is dd not going to move out then? Was the flat not a goer?

  • INOD I cannot believe it's a year already since her 21st. Time is flying by.

Kat- thanks, I'm definitely seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. My debt is beginning to feel more 'normal' now rather than horrific.

V she has no chance. She's a skint student and head is full of wee buses all running into one another. I went with her to show her that she has to stop spending and start saving if she wants on the property ladder. I fair burst her and her pal's bubble when I told them I got 100% mortgage when I first bought. They were astonished that that ever happened. They will both be in a very good position soon though as both have very good careers ahead of them.So in the meantime I will get her a fitted wardrobe and tell her it's for her birthday :o

am having a wee chilled night as I spent most of the day catching up with housework as I have a really busy week ahead. I have no cleaning jobs next weekend but will have a tonne of laundry and I have 3 cleans during the week.I also have 3 days in normal work and DD's birthday . I'm knackered just thinking about it. I will however be earning nearly £300 so it's worth it. Also all the cleaning is a great workout.

So have a great week folks xx
