  • Happy Sunday folks. My wee home laundry is going like a fair. All good though as debt starting to go down again :j. Not be long until I'm in the £11k's. I cannot wait until I get into single figures. That will be a red letter day indeed. Very exciting.

Although doing lots of laundry I am managing to get some chill time as well. Heading in to my old aunties for a bite to eat and a wee catchup this afternoon. I'll get washing pressed when I come back and get household laundry done so we have some clothes to wear. I also have another 2 houses worth of linen in my car and will be bringing back another huge load tomorrow after my cleaning shift. Kerching and zzzzzzzz at the same time.

I was at a candle party last night and that's my 3rd one. So expensive but I do love the stuff. I am a candle person so I'm easily swayed. Bought a pack of 3 nice holders and also a swanky car freshener. I am delighted with my purchases but no more !!

Diet is going well this week except for last night. I didn't go overboard but definitely ate and drank more than I should have. I am quite determined as I am in a real 'hate myself' mood just now and I am the only one who can do anything about it. So annoyed at myself The amount of weight I have lost this last year, i should be at target. Unfortunately I have also been very successful at sabotaging my diet and am right back at the beginning f my journey :mad:

So I best go and get organised. Have a great day x

Hello MIT. I am a candle lover too. Got several lit at the moment, small pleasures.

You sound like me getting cross with yourself. I re-joined WW in January determined to get back to goal in 12 weeks - did I do it - no. Only lost 4.5lb in 12 weeks, only myself to blame.

    Onwards and upwards.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • SA I put on 2.5lbs in 12 weeks so that was a waste of £50 . Never mind I will lose double what I would normally..............................:rotfl:

Had a busy but nice wee day. Nice family time and also earned £170 from laundry so it's all good. Tired now though so chilling in front of the telly x

  • Afternoon folks. I took my day off today rather than Wednesday as I had a cleaning shift. So another £170 earned today between laundry and cleaning and I got a £50 into my account so have paid that off of CC today. Exciting times but I must admit that I am shattered now. I'll spend tonight chasing washing around the machines but nothing else except for making dinner.

  • Happy weekend folks. Busy week and another £95 paid off CC today :D. Am so close to the £11k's I can smell it.

Busy weekend ahead. Did 2 houses with my SIL this morning and chasing laundry round machines this afternoon. I am going out for a few drinks tonight with friends and I have a christening tomorrow. I'm hoping to get laundry ready so I can press it when I get home from christening or I may just pay DD to do it.

So not much more to report. My life revolves round the washing machine :rotfl:
