Thanks guys. You're right PLMBL I will get back on track. I'm actually fed up eating tbh !!
Skinny I am resting more than I have in months. Have sat on my backside since 2pm and only moved to cook dinner. Busy day tomorrow but I can rest up when I am done so not a huge deal x5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Mortgage £28,214.65/ £26,254.71/ £25,746.43
By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.

Evening folks. What a tiring day. Cleaned 3 holiday lets with DS and now started on laundry as well. I am dog tired.
DS has broken his bed so I have ordered a new one for him. He currently has a small double bed but has decided just to get a new single as his room is so small it would give him lots more room. DD is going to give room a quick paint over and I will pick up cheap bedding and a new blind for him. Room will be grey and black so nice and manly. DS has also bought himself a new desk and desk chair so it will be looking good when it is done.
I have finally decided that I will not be getting an extension. I was looking at current prices for houses where I live and there is no way I would ever recoup the money so it would be a crazy move. I kept saying it didn't matter as it was highly unlikely I would ever move from here but I am at the top of a very steep hill and realistically as I get older I would maybe need to move. So with sensible hat on I have decided no. This year whilst I am working on the debt I will get the bedrooms brought up to scratch and get them as I want them. Starting with DS's and then I will see about a unit for mine as that's all I need. Storage is an issue in my room and a tall thin drawer unit is in order I reckon to help me out.
DD constantly buys for her own room anyway so all she needs is a fitted wardrobe which I will help her pay for. Hopefully by the time I finish all that then I will be ready to start on the more expensive rooms and also get my bathroom and kitchen done once and for all. I am going to change my kitchen table in the meantime for one that folds down so I can have some more room. I will get that after I pay for DS's new bed on 0% from argos.
I am also going to get quotes from a plumber and electrician about converting my summer house into a laundry room. It will no doubt cost me a couple of hundred pounds but I really need to get this laundry out from under my feet and better organised.
Plans plans plans. I love them.
so am away to look at kitchens and bathrooms and decorating ideas. Well you've got to have dreams and aspirations

A day of washing and pressing today. Will be another £100+ for CC debt.
So bed and mattress ordered for DS and he has bought himself a desk and new chair. I've ordered new bedding and a blackout blind for his room as well and I will pick them up tomorrow. DD will give the room a wee coat of paint and it'll look fab.
I'll try and get DD's wardrobe and also my wee unit before Christmas. My friend's son is a joiner so he will fit it for me for a reasonable price.
I was going to wait until everything was paid off before spending money on the house but I need something to keep me going and make all this hard work worth it.
There's a cream suite on sale on facebook for £70 and seller says it's immaculate. I am very tempted but I will hold off just now.
I will not be using any of my self employed money for any of this but will use money from selling things and also from my normal income
My income will be changing again in September as I will no longer be getting child benefit, tax credits or maintenance. That's £60 down per week. But I will be receiving £120 in digs from DS and also have no school costs so it'll all work out fine. I cannot wait until I no longer need to deal with CSA. That will cut the final connection between ex and I and I will be very happy about that.
So I best go and waken my lazy git kids. I'll make some bacon sarnies and that should get them moving :rotfl:. Have a lovely Sunday xx Oh and stent coming out tomorrow and I cannot wait to get rid of it as I am so sick of pain and feeling rubbish5 Year plan. Verbatim, I'm impressed as well :rotfl:. I am totally determined though to get rid of my debt once and for all and I can't justify adding all that on to my mortgage instead as my 2 kids will be leaving home before I know it and my house will be plenty big for me.
Stent is out :j. I told consultant everything that had been going on and he said he wasn't surprised as the procedure had been quite invasive. My bits and bobs are still inflamed today but I must admit I feel better already, I cannot wait to feel 'normal' again. I'm feeling very thankful for my health.
I have spent about £10 today as dd and I were starving when we came out of hospital and had a subway. Was going to take her for dinner but I was a bit uncomfortable so she insisted I went home.
Nice wee quiet night tonight. Am going to make stuffed mushrooms and see how they turn out. Going back to SW tomorrow night and start again#fatcow

Catching up MiT - pleased to hear stent is out too, but still take it easy.
Wise decision on extension and summerhouse conversion too sounds like potentially a good idea - having a business at home takes up space both physically and mentally - you'll be able to shut the door on it and forget it for a while.
Have you thought about looking on places like gumtree for wardrobes, etc? Some almost new stuff at bargain basement prices around and saves alot of money.
Love stuffed mushrooms with soft cheese in (bet that's a few SW points though ), what are you putting in yours?Back on the DFW Wagon:

Ali I had smoked bacon, garlic, breadcrumbs and cheese. Very tasty.
I want fitted wardrobes in DD's room. We have a distinct lack of space in here so I will get wardrobes done from floor to ceiling which will give her lots of storage space. So its a bit more than a wardrobe but I will look on gumtree and see if anyone selling doors etc for one. Thanks for reminding me . I agree re closing doors on business. My friend has her laundry in her garage and she says exactly the same thing. I'll need to pick up a second washing machine for out there as I will keep mine for my own washing. I'll try and pick up a second hand one though. So it's all clear in my head and I need to try and get it done soonish as I the big house that I will be doing regularly is almost finished and will be getting bookings by end of year so I need to be organised by then.
DD is away on a date tonight with a guy she has been chatting to on tinder. My backside is making buttons wanting her home. She showed me his facebook page etc and all looks normal but I can't help worrying. The boy is extremely handsome and is a personal trainer. Also has a fab sense of humour so she was starry eyed when she left. I hope it works out for her as I really dont want her to go back with her eejit ex.
So tonight I am feeling brilliant. No pain at all and I'm not running to loo every half hourFingers crossed I'm over it. Going to take rest of week off work anyway as I am knackered and need some extra sleep. I hope you are all well xx

DD had a lovely time but doesn't think he's the guy for her. At least she has gotten over first date fear. She has been with her ex for so long that she had never actually been on a first date and was petrified :rotfl:
I feel brilliant today. I will just need to remind myself to take it easy and not start doing everything at once. Think I'll need to tie myself up for that one as washing machine is already on.
Going to chill out today. Going back to slimming tonight which I am dreading as I've piled on so much weight but I am desperate to get back on the straight and narrow.
For some reason my electricity standing order has not come off this month so I will have to look into that and see why that has happened. I also need to get my forms completed for single adult discount for council tax as am paying full whack just now. Think that may not be a possibility until kids start college and uni in September though. It does mean though that my payments will be pretty low for the rest of the year though as they backdate any reduction.
I have crocheted a large blanket whilst being off. Will look fab either over the bottom of my bed or in my lounge when I get around to decorating it.
Have decided to paint my current furniture white when I do up my lounge rather than buying new stuff. That will save me a small fortune.
So am away to chill. I will get dressed later on to go to SW but will spend the day mainly resting but I do feel great other than a bit tired. I am so happy5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
