  • hi folks. Had op but not been so well since. Feel a bit better today but have a stent in which is not overly comfortable. Hopefully be out in 10 days. Stone has gone and consultant said it was a biggie and it was a lot of work to get it away. However I am on the mend and have dragged my sorry a$$ out of bed today to try and get back to some sort of normal

No moneysaving done recently but have a cleaning shift plus 2 houses of laundry tomorrow so that'll be £100+ for the CC.

House is a bit of a riot but I am still too tired to tackle it. I have another week off of work and then I might get a wee sick week as I have used this week to get my treatment and haven't really had any rest. I'll see how I feel.

Just wanted to pop in and say hi and let you know I'm alive ;)

  • Hi folks. Did the cleaning shift but kids did most of it to be honest. I took it really easy but felt so knackered after it. I've been in a fair bit of pain so headed to the out of hours doctors today and I have an infection. So now on antibiotics and fingers crossed I feel great in a day or two. I have no plans until Tuesday so I can take it really easy other than chasing washing about the machines. I can press it later in the week when I am more up to it. So I am parked on the couch, full of painkillers and with a roasting hot water bottle. DS is working and won't be home until late and DD is heading to a party. I have been invited to 2 parties tonight but I'm not moving.

Nice wee earner this weekend as I have earned £190 between cleaning and laundry. Got paid £150 of it and have paid the kids their money and paid £80 to CC. This brings me into the £15k's :j:j. Amazing stuff and I am bloody delighted. Going to try and get down to the £14's by end of August. Should be doable if I'm very careful and continue to work hard. I have however lost a couple of shifts due to op this month. Never mind. Health is priority.

A wee night of telly and laundry for me tonight and I am hoping I'll feel braw by tomorrow xx
