  • What a horrible day. My dear friend who had motor neurone disease died this morning. My other friend and I had to leave work as it was so upsetting. She hasn't wanted visitors the last couple of weeks as she has been so exhausted so we weren't expecting this so quickly even though she went into the hospice last week. We were told it was just for respite. I am so so sad tonight as tomorrow is 3 years since my Mum died in same hospice and these 2 very special ladies have taken over my thoughts today.

Paid £85 from CC with some cleaning and laundry money :)
5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

I'm so sorry for your loss, my dad also passed sooner than expected from mnd but tbh it was a blessing for him and I was 'happy' that his suffering had ended. It's just such a cruel disease for the person and for everyone around to watch, I just hope they get a breakthrough soon.

I can't believe that it's been 3 years since your mum passed away, where does the time go? xx
  • So sorry for your loss MiT Xx

I too can't believe it's been 3 years for your Mum already :(. Big hugs.

So sorry about your friend mit - a cruel, cruel condition. Hugs...

I've not been around for a while - computer problems, then mother in law as been in and out of hospital and we have been doing the evening visiting for what seems ages.

I've been catching up on your diary and it sounds as if you have had an amazing couple of months.

Good luck with getting rid of the stone
