Verbatim no I didn't. I got the dress on but I didn't like it. I bought a fabulous Jacques Vert dress for £15 from the charity shop and I felt like a million dollars. I will also be able to sell it on e-bay for a profit
Work today was so ridiculously busy and I ended up working 9.5 hours then coming home and doing an hour of pressing. Almost finished one lot of laundry needed for Wednesday. The other lot is for Saturday so I'll start that tomorrow night and get it cleared. That'll be another £100 ish earned. I also have a cleaning shift on Wed night but it should hopefully be quite an easy one. The summer is the busiest time of year for us so I am just going to do as much as I can and clear as much as I can whilst I have the chance.Hopefully I will have Thursday and Friday night free except for dancing. That'll just be heaven.
I bought myself an actifry today with some of my birthday money. I've wanted one for ages but they were too expensive but I had cash so I just treated us. I am hoping it's as good as I've heard as I am rather excited about it.Chips for dinner tomorrow after weigh in. They are free though using the actifry so I can't wait.
Spent £12.60 today on fruit and veg as I am 100% back on diet and feel healthier already. I am hoping there wont be too much damage on scales tomorrow night as my plan was to weigh the same at the end of June as I was at the beginning give or take a lb or 2 but I ony have this week and next to sort it out.

Evening folks. I have not stopped this week. Been so so busy. It's all good though. All money in the coffers. I can see the numbers going down so that makes the fact that I have worked until midnight every night this week and am working Saturday and Sunday seem okay. I have hammered in the shifts and the laundry as one of the houses we clean is quiet during July as the family are coming so we're not needed. Dunno if I'm happy or sad about that. I'll still be busy in the other 2 houses though so I will not be sitting on my bum doing nothing. Perish the thought :rotfl:
I got a date for my operation and it's in July as well so probably a good job I am not overly busy. I will probably be in for 2 nights and 3 days but not 100% sure. My 2 best pals are both away on holiday when I am in but I have my brother and the kids so I will be sorted. I have 2 weeks off as well in July so plenty time to recover.
My poor house is a riot. Hopefully get some time tomorrow afternoon to clean up and then time on Sunday to do some batch cooking. It's just full of laundry and DS seems to think it is okay to work on his bike in the hall!! I mean !!!!!!!! That boy !!
100% back on diet and did dance class and zumba class last night and dance class tonight. Along with 4 cleaning shifts this week I think I will have fitted in enough exercise. I am hoping weight loss will be right back on track. Feeling good folks xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

:rotfl: @ PLMBL. You could be right. I've zero energy left now though. Been cleaning, washing and pressing since 10am and washing machine and dryer are still going. I do have the laundry ready for tomorrow though and I will finish off the rest tomorrow so I have the whole week free from any type of work
. Well except for the day job but at least the nights will be mine.
I eventually ordered my new telly and a wall mount for it. Although I got the cash for my birthday I have put it on my argos card and have 9mnths interest free to pay for it. The cash has helped my overdraft somewhat. I am going to try and have a very frugal July. I have a few things on like dd's bf's 21st, hospital and 2 weeks holidays  I'll need to buy new slippers and pj's as mine are all huge on me. I will do my best though and rein in the spending. Even if I manage to get my overdraft down by £50 then that will be good. I want it cleared before Christmas.
So bedtime at last . Washing machine has just beeped so time to sleep. Take care all xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Happy pay away day folks
ASDA has gone :j:j:j:j:j Paid £670 today from cleaning and laundry money and got rid of it once and for all. I'm not closing it though as it pays cashback on it when you use it so I use it and pay off what I owe immediately so I get cashback.
I also transferred my Barclaycard on to 0% until next July. Cost me £154 transfer but saves me £410 in interest approximately over the year.
I am now going to concentrate on the card that has 0% until Jan 2016 and see how much I can rid of from that. I am hoping to bust it by then but it's a big ask as it's £5371 which would mean £767 each month and that might just stretch me too far. In saying that I have paid off £2k from ASDA in 4 months so who knows what I can do. I can only say that I will do my absolute best.
I'm now down to 3 cards which is very exciting 2 of them are biggies mind you but it's very good psychologically being down to 3 cards only. Wishing my life away here so I can get rid of this noose round my neck, get my extension and new kitchen and then start paying off my mortgage.
This month is going to be quieter workwise than last month as not so many bookings and I can't get time off work to do the ones that are there. Never mind as June has been absolutely crazy and I am rather tired so I will be glad of the rest. It will be hard to meet my payment targets but I will do my best. Anyway I'm not feeling on top form today (tummy bug) so I am putting my feet up and resting the rest of the night . Take care xx5 Year plan. I feel loads better today. It must have been a wee tummy bug I picked up as DD had it as well and so did one of the girls next to me in work. Stone is still achy but to go in for pre op assessment on 14th July for op on 21st July. So it will soon be RIP kidney stone.
Paying off my card must have been on my mind when I went to sleep last night as I dreamt that someone had emptied my purse and stolen everything from it. I have a big purse that's full of cards and receipts etc so it was a shock to have it emptied. Very disconcerting. I had a look on a dream site and it's either a man who is going to use and abuse me or I'm worried about money :rotfl: no S H I T Sherlock. I was panicking like anything pressing that button to pay nearly £700 in one go to a card but I just thought that if things got rough then I could always use the card in an emergency although I have no intentions of doing so. I dont even have them in my purse any more so I am not tempted.
My friend made me my dinner tonight and it was delish. Pork and chickpea curry then cake with strawberries and cream  Not very SW but very delicious and so nice to get my meal put down to me for a change.
Just going to trot along this month. I have 1 clean during the week next week and one on Saturday but NOTHING this weekend. I am so excited. I am going to spend all day Saturday cleaning my own house and then sleep and watch telly and batch cook all day Sunday. I cannot wait. Small things peeps.
I had fridge envy tonight at my friends. She has just bought a new one and it is huge and shiney and I love it. I am 100% getting one when I get my new kitchen.
