  • Thanks guys. You've made me smile with all these lovely messages

Feeling a lot better today. Sent some pics of my friend to her daughter that she was looking for and told her how much her Mum meant to me and how she was like my 'work Mum' and looked after me when I worked with her. I was up until 2am this morning clearing out my wardrobe and sorting out the masses of clothes I have. Once I had finished that my mind was a lot clearer and I realise that I just cannot go to funeral next week and have resigned myself to that. I then managed to sleep albeit for 4.5hrs but am hoping tonight will be better and I can catch up.

I have stopped today for 2 weeks. No holiday away this year , which is torturing me, but might get a few days in my mate's caravan. All I need for that is money for electricity meter. Kids have decided that they don't want to go with me after all but tbh I would be just as happy to go myself for a couple of days and completely chill out. In fact it sounds like sheer heaven.

I have a busy weekend. I was working last night and working tomorrow. I also have lots of linen and have started washing machine off already. I'll try and get majority of the stuff I have washed tonight and then when I am finished cleaning job tomorrow I can get it dried and pressed.

Really want all linen and housework done before I go into hospital on Tuesday. Means house will be all done for me coming out and I can relax for a couple of days at home. I do have cleaning jobs next Friday and Saturday with contingency plans in place incase I'm not fit to do them. Hopefully I am though as it's another £100 towards CC's. I'm hoping to be in the 15's before end of month which will make me very sunny :D

So thank God I am feeling upbeat again as I hate being down. Onwards and upwards xx

My pal who owns the caravan is coming with me and anyone else who wants to tag along. There is a rather famous pub up the road from it where they have live music on Saturday nights so we are going to go there and have some food and booze

Cleaning shift done today and now home doing the washing. Got a lot of it done yesterday but finishing it off and drying it today as sun is out and I will some electricity for nothing from solar panels :j

Have a great weekend folks xx

  • Thanks Milann. Am getting a wee bit nervous now. I'm sure all will be well and been pretty sore this week so just desperate to get rid of it once and for all.

Watching heir hunters and hoping a name comes up that I know :rotfl:. I haven't won lottery this weekend so I am always hopeful that a long lost RICH relative will leave me a fortune.

Today I am going to spend catching up with housework and our own washing. Will need to use the dryer though as yet again it's raining here. Am actually tempted to put the heating on as it's so miserable. I am heartily sick of rain. I don't think we will get any sort of summer this year which is a bit depressing. No holiday and no sunshine makes MIT a sad person :(. Can't even get the grass cut as it is never dry long enough to get it done. Doing my head in.

Not much more to report. Hope everyone is doing well xx
