Only do what you can and feel comfortable with - 10 mins twice a day is brilliant going. :T It's not a race to the highest tension and length of time. When your 10 mins on Tension 2 feels easy that's a good sign you're ready for a bit longer or higher tension or combo of both.
I watch tv or text a friend or read emails on my phone so I don't think about the exercise too much, apart from when I start feeling knackered :rotfl: and then I get offBack on the DFW Wagon:
CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/180 -
Sounds like you have had an eventful Christmas MIT - pleased your DD is ok.
Take it steady on the exercise bike and don't be tempted to do too much too quickly and end up giving up - sure and steady just like the tortoise and not the hareThats a fantastic weight loss - 2015 will be the year..........
Its been a funny old Christmas here - I had stomach surgery on 14th December and haven't been able to do anything since. I hate having to rely on others but they have all been great and well and truly looked after me. On the plus side it has stopped me doing all the last minute spending I usually do. I have missed the buzz of 'the last minute buys' but proved I didn't need any of the gubbings I usually buy and throw out come January!!January spends - £587.580 -
Wahey I only put on half a pound over Christmas. SW leader was delighted as she said average increase was 3lb. I'm really happy with that. Only 10 minutes on bike today as legs tired. I am sure it'll get easier though.
ASDAprice delivery arrived and was £149.95. Cupboards, fridge and freezer are bursting at the seams. Will need to have a wee wander down to ALDi at lunch tomorrow for some fruit as I only ordered bananas as I like picking my own stuff.
Called CSA today and there are now 4 payments of £37 there for me. I still think 2 are missing but at least when those come through it will make a small inroads into my overdraft. It is at £1350 . I will save the money towards it in my savings account and pay it off of it at end of the month. I am then going to reduce it so I can never do this again. It's way too easy to just use it. I'm never actually skint when I have my overdraft available but I really really grudge the £1 per day standing charge for it.
So back to paying all extra cash into the debt. Cleaning is quiet in normal job in January but the other one that I do is pretty busy. Only 1 birthday in January and I already have 20 euros to put in card for that and I'll pick up some sun tan lotion etc and make up a wee holiday pack as she is off on holiday in May.
I kind of want to pay off tesco before tackling the overdraft as it is only £268.38. It would be such a boost to get rid of a whole debt. In fact I have decided that's what I will do. Tesco. then overdraft then BOS cc. So belt is now tightened and will stay that way. I have some chicken noodle soup to take to work tomorrow. I have melon in the fridge at work and I'll just grab a banana and a yogurt and that'll see me through the day. I have my light breakfast bars for the morning as well so am pretty much organised. I then stop for 4 days and I am going to absolutely gut this house as I am fed up with all the mess. Not enough room for everything so some things just have to go.

Milann we must have been typing at same time. I am taking it slow with bike as my legs are like jelly and have no power in them, so I don't really have a choice tbh. DD and her BF were laughing at me going so slow earlier ( I thought I was doing quite well too). Lol, thanks MiT. I'm a bit miffed that the new plan means I lose an A & B choice, but I was probably just being greedy with having them anyway! R.I.P green plan! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I never thought about that. I used to do the green plan prior to extra easy. Must admit I miss my 2nd B choice but new diet would give me that back strangely enough. If I get to a plateau I'll have a go at it but just going to carry on as I am just now5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Finished work for another 4 days
. The last thing I was handed just before I left was a letter telling me I hadn't won my appeal so eff them. I didn't think I would be bothered as I was expecting it but I am very bothered. I am going to take my bad mood out on cleaning the house which will benefit me twofold. 1 it will get rid of my mood and 2 it'll mean I have a nice clean house.
Been invited to 3 parties tonight but just staying in. I really am determined that 2015 will be my year. I am going to pay off a ton of debt, lose a ton of weight and just enjoy my life...........oh and seriously look for another job.
Pay day today. No extra payments will be made from that unfortunately. Been offered an extra day's cleaning on Friday so as I am off I will head up and do that. I'll take either DD or DS with me and that'll be £30 in my hand. I also have 2 other cleaning shifts over the next week so that'll be another £70. January now looks good for cleaning as the house that I thought was quiet has been in touch and want a deep clean done. So a major workout and also I get paid to do it. Excellent.
So I'm away to make my dinner and start working off my temper xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
