Well here I am on my gorgeous new 'outer typing away merrily!

Work over and done with after a rather crazy afternoon u=in the office - slightly bonkers afternoon there. one more morning to go and its over for this week. These weeks are going quickly. Interview straight after work then onto vol work placement fora couple of hours.

Looking forward to a catch up Saturday at home updating spending diaries and logbooks and the usual cooking and cleaning malarky.

Of course it was a NSD 11 and no clothes spend day 14 - all going ok.

Well what a surprise for this afternoon…I only went a got the job I went for! At last!

We still need to see if I can afford to drop down the salary scale for it so no celebrations yet and I will have to keep some hours at the current place but at last I can see light at the end of the work tunnel which is what I really really wanted.

Happily then I will think it over this weekend along with NSD 11 today and no clothes spend day 15

Feel better after a good night's sleep, amazing how that extra 30mins or so can make such a difference.

Plans for today are to have a catch up day at home ticking off the list of jobs, starting with a nice long dog walk then cleaning, cleaning and ironing, batch cooking from what I have in, see if I can concoct a pudding from what I have in.

Also want to update spends and budgets to check all are on track and have a mosey online for some pressies.

Let's see how I get on with all that and a no spend day too - spends are super tight this month, looks like petrol spends will go over already spent up, grr!

See y'all later with a little update, have a good weekend everyone!

All done and not a penny spent - now that's a good day!

Cleaning all done, budgets updated, dog walked on long weekend walks, a tea devised from what I have in along with one for tomorrow too.

All meaning tomorrow I can have a chilled out day, meet my mate for a coffee and a natter, parcel up my few eBay sales and please myself! Along with another hopefully no clothes spend day and NSD if possible

It was a brill feeling - the treaty spends are over and done with now and my new iMac is ace! I'm on it now - absolutely love it!

As for the job offer yesterday my offer was I had impressed them so much in the interview with my experience. Makes a change that someone was impressed by it rather than the usual reaction I get. I'm hoping I can be offered a salary that is close to where I am now rather than a long way down.

My hopes, aims and goals over the last 12 months were to pay the credit cards off and get a new job. All my focus over the last 12 mths have been on these. i still can't quite believe how all the hard work, belief and focus have paid off to get there and if all is sorted out on Monday I will be moving on for 3/4 of the week and stay where I am for the other 1/4 of the week. I'm sure if all works out I will be able to leave in 12 mths time and leave my old career behind for once and for all. And, that is what I really really want to happen.

Onto other things - that was one nice store cupboard tea of pasta then HM rice pudding - yummy!

Here we go then on a quiet Sunday morning.

Let's see what needs doing today, not much apart from some more eBay photos for next free listing weekend. Not many sales on there but never mind, one yesterday and 4 today, still all counts and is slowly adding up in PayPal. Must remember to fill the car up with screen wash today and make sure the winter car kit is ready to go, looks cold next week!

Aiming for a Low Spend Day if not a NSD today, let me see how I get on!

    Dog walk time now!

A lovely day today. A nice long walk with the dog this morning who was in a very playful chasing mood!

Then met my beautiful best friend for a long coffee and a chat and a walk around the shops. Also had a good old think and talk about the job offer and how I can do it for a much lower salary and to think more long term about it. I am going to accept it and I hope my current employers are open to me reducing my hours - I need to workout how I'm going to approach this with them tomorrow. Wish me luck, I think I'm going to need some of it! What I wanted most of all this year was to pay off my credit cards and a new career and this is my chance. I will take this opportunity I've been waiting for all this time. It takes a leap of faith and belief that it will work out over the next year. If someone else told me this I would tell them to go for it and all I need to do is take notice!

Any how - no doubts left at all about it, I know how to manage on next to no money, its what I've been doing for the last 5 years after all!

Been messing around on the new technology finding out more about them and how they work.

Jobs all done - not many today - radiators bled and car topped up with screen wash ready for winter and stew cooking in the oven for tea. Meal planned for the week ahead and all done there too. Lots of leftovers which is fine by me!

It was a NSD today after all - yeah! NSD 14 and another no clothes spend day too - result!
