I nearly backed out but determidly made myself do shred level one for the final time this time around. Quiet tired but did it all the same.

    Early night for me

    Busy time after work today
Cheque paid in to clear next week
    Food shop done
Dog walked and vets visited for meds

    2 mini rolls scoffed!

Weigh in today and back to normal weight now after 2 weeks of mostly careful sticking to daily kcal allowance.

Time for a quick dust and hoover before I tackle the advanced level. I'll be back later to report how that went!

    Update time

    Housework all done, yeah!
Fish and lentil curry made for tea, scrummy!

Just scraped in under kcal allowance for the day after those 2 mini rolls earlier today, mind you, after finally moving up to level 2 of shred it with weights I think I needed them. That was hard going indeed, more than I expected. A new routine to get used to after 5 weeks of level 1 but I know it will pay dividends after regaining my fitness and comfortable weight level. A good result all around there!

A couple of days of this weekend from shredding before I pick it up again on Monday and next week.

Off out with mum for her birthday meal on Sunday which I'm really looking forward to and a nice relaxing day tomorrow.

Another weekend that zoomed by at the speed of light as they always seem to do.

Lots of long dog walks which was good especially today with a stupendously high calorific meal out today. Just scraped in under the daily total including all the long walks, phew!

Ready to go with all work stuff ready for the morning and looking forward to a long weekend away next weekend, can't wait for a long break.

Back to shredding tomorrow, hoping that goes ok with 2 days in a row planned for twice this week, here's hoping I'm not too achy plus I've got the exercise stuff out ready to remind me after work.

As the meal out was paid for partially by the birthday account and the rest not by me, I can count today as a NSD and off the mark with number one.

Nsd 2 today alongside no clothes spend day 2.

Did shred with weights level 2 after work which was better than the first time but still very hard exercise work out. Another round tomorrow and then a day off on Wednesday for the rearranged night out.

Budgets all sorted out for the month, another tight squeeze as usual to stay in credit. Will make it, just....

Felt like a day off shred today by the time I got home, hoping to fit it in tomorrow before I go out, not sure if I'll have time though.

Rang the bank to chase up their compensation offer to be told eventually they have sent me a letter, last Friday in fact. Not too surprisingly it hasn't arrived yet. Hoping it's enough to get my bedroom renovated early this year which would be absolutely brilliant. Let's wait and see though as I have a hunch it won't be that generous due to their conduct so far which has not been good on any level. Ice had to chase them up to find out what's going in after the time limit expired, they turned me down initially despite the fact I had proof of misselling.

Continuing the misselling theme, a ketter from the ombudsman yesterday requesting some more details about my complaint which I'll send back to them this week.

Better get an outfit ready to go for tomorrow after work and sort out some paperwork as I'm not shredding tonight.

Oh yes, also finished my application form for another job, just needs a few checks before submitting and also the form for work for the same as my most recent job ends there too in a few months time. Anyway, they should be ready to go by the end of the week and then let's see what happens.

NSD 3 and no clothes spend day 3, all on track.

Shred done, quite achy afterwards now.

Night out was a good catch up with old friends over a pizza. Handily less than £10 each with a taste card discount.

2 more days to go and it's the weekend! A busy few days then a few days away in the wintery hills, can't wait!

A paltry offer made by the bank received today. I'll be ringing them tomorrow to discuss if they can increase it somewhat.

Plus they had the cheek to send me, separately, offers to switch their fee paying account for a one off reward repayment. I don't think so after how they've dealt with this whole issue over the last 15 months. Must remember to change my preferences to not receive any letters of this nature in future.

Not much else to say apart from a very busy afternoon after work tomorrow
    Shop
    Bank
    Post office
    Dog walk
    Bath dog
    Shred
    Cleaning the whole house
    Work first!

  • I'm back after a truly great 3 days away that were ace. Mountain biking in the mist on a top of the range bike I wistfully lust after with little chance of saving up for this year.

Then a great walk under a bright blue late winter sky and sun alongside left over ice.

A busy time but a great break, back home now and back to work tomorrow but not the usual routine which starts again Thursday.

A long conversation this evening with the bank who rang this evening who cannot increase the offer made but have escalated a complaint how this case was handled which I'm happy to go with to see if they will compensate over this issue. Let's see what happens there. As it turns out I have only a few days to get the letter back to them I've filled it in ready to post tomorrow alongside an eBay sale that's off to a new home at long last! Only a very small sale but every little helps to overpay on that loan.
