Work over and done with for this week thankfully, food shop also done and dusted. Feeling a little better today and glad I stayed in after all. Still tired though. Washing all done attempting to dry on this very overcast day.

Picked up some YS fresh fish to freeze for sone easy teas, always a good buy. In fact it's fish for tea tonight which I'd already taken out to defrost.

What else, not much really. Looked for a new job yesterday, none out there right now but I'll keep looking for one.

Wallpaper stripping to do this afternoon which will be fun, not! Needs doing though so better to make a start now the an rush later.

A NSD today making it NSD 12 and no clothes spend day 13.

Hmm woken up with more mouth ulcers today, am I run down? Maybe so, no idea why, the cold causing this? Anyway I'll try and catch them early so they clear up earlier.

Autumn/winter clothes swap around done with summer clothes as there's a distinct nip in the air and as I walk to work I don't want to be too cold this week. Made me realise how I didn't wear quite a bit of summer wear this year. Must have been all the time spent on the bathroom renovation, all the time walking and cycling and not shopping this year means all walking, cycling and casual wear got a hammering. Never mind, means they will last at least another couple of years. Good job as continue to overpay on the long term loan.

Off to town to get some ulcer treatments and a couple of bits then back to finish cleaning off and a bit of wallpaper stripping. Along with getting work stuff ready to go so I can save some find in the morning as I expect I'll be feeling pretty groggy as usual!

A pretty good day today

Finished off the weekly clean by sweeping and mopping the floors, all done!

NSD 14 today with only train fare bought. Yesterday just bought mouth ulcer treatments which are working well thank goodness.

Received questionnaire to fill in from the bank. Will post it off to them tomorrow once I finished completing it.

Lastly, the first run in a year. Quite hard going on the way back as expected. The time for 4 miles was quite good surprisingly. Planning to go out again on friday, let's see if I do!

Busy evening after work tonight, cleared out cupboard sold on eBay ready for collection tomorrow evening. All the stuff in spare room ready to pack up along with everything else. Hope I can squeeze it in the rest of the house!

Enquired about selling some of my old textbooks and have emailed the details to see if they can go to new homes.

Then emailed the builder for a start date for the building work in the spare room of doom which is looking even more unloved than it usually does. Well that's what happens after 30 years of neglect from the looks of things. Amazing what wallpaper can disguise but not solve. I feel I am solving many of the problems left for years and years and years. Next job in the room of doom is to pack everything up and put in a new home for a few months then get on with wallpaper stripping and sanding, ready for the real work to begin.

Once a start date is set I'll get a start date for the electrical work and then contact a decorator to see if I can afford that. Finally, must remember to measure up for wallpaper for one wall and get that bought if I can find some at a bargain price which is just the job. Must remember to get some more sockets too.

I stood in the room tonight looking at how neglected it's been and how dreadful it looks at present with stuff everywhere and half the wallpaper removed along with painted walls revealed and cracks and crumbles and a hole in the wall where a fire once was, thinking to myself, if the bathroom can have such a successful transformation then this room will do too and in 3 months time it will look completely transformed, loved and a million times better and part of a house and home at last.

Onto other things, no exercise tonight as I thought I'd better get the cupboard ready for collection tomorrow and my legs are a little achy today. Tomorrow planning on shredding with weights.

NSD 15 today and no clothes spend day 16, halfway through September now and no clothes bought!

I forgot to mention, I resisted all the cake today at work. 2 in the kitchen and 1 in the office! Phew! Not many others did today, including croissants and pain au chocolate. That's a lot of temptations for one day!

More cake and sandwiches at work today,again managed to resist as it was after lunch and full up.

Washing machine has broken, leaving a big pile of super soggy washing. Repair assessment booked in for Friday, hoping it can be repaired and it won't cost too much fingers crossed.

Furniture sale collected this evening and also Shred it with a Weights all done once more.

Just have books to find for the charity sale at work next week to take in tomorrow which will do me a favour as I'm clearing out big style and took some long forgotten not interested in listening to CDs today I found in the cupboard I cleared out after it sold.

Had a mosey at work for a new study course and discovered a very interesting institution that I will be keeping an eye on opportunities there. Whatever happens I've given done thought to the next steps. Get more work experience, develop a new CV and some ideas and aim to start either this time next year or the year after which will also be fine. In fact that may be better as I continue to overpay on the loan to get it paid off ASAP.

I'll start a new project book to jot ideas down in to use for all of these plans.

NSD 16 today, carrying no pennies to work is working a treat! Also offered £13.89 on a textbook buy back, only one sadly but better than nothing and the rest can go on eBay over the next couple of weeks.

£11 overpaid on the long term loan after an eBay profit account tidy up and survey payment. Every penny makes a difference no matter how small the amount.

More cake at work today! At old job this time, succumbed this afternoon as it was a long day today, as a justification to myself.

Pleased only have a short day there tomorrow.

Started my new ideas notebook for new job or study with websites to check and make sure I don't miss out on any opportunities for a new job or study. It certainly is getting emotionally harder for me in that job as I find myself more frustrated by it. I can't help it while I'm there, it leaks out of me. I'm determined to find something else to replace it ASAP. i can only look and apply and try and I'm sure something will turn up for me.

NSD 17 today, all good there and another no clothes spend day making it 18.

Yeah! The washer is fixed. An expected price meaning I went for the repair opposed to buying a new one. Working great now, shame it's raining! Money came out of household appliances budget which left me thankful I had been saving for the last year just in case one of them needed replacing. Hoping nothing else goes wrong before I can save up again.

Most of the housework done, just the bathroom left and the floors to mop and a bit of ironing.

Off out for tea tonight and stay out, yeah!

NSD 18 today and no clothes spend day 19, all going well.
