Today I finally finished ripped in 30 after 4 weeks off. Went ok, thankfully I didn't leave it any longer to put all the hard work so far this year to waste!

Next one starts on Friday, Shred it with weights, looking forward to that!

Another one in the bag today making it NSD 4.

Even though some idiot at work chucked my HM tea away leaving me very unhappy, I didn't replace it with a ready meal from the massive shop next door and waited until I got home after the late night at work, grrrr! Why didn't they check first to see if was someone's?

Thank goodness only half a day left there and that job is over for another week. Can't wait till I have a new job and can leave that one behind for good. Better start looking again then, one won't turn up on its own for me that's for sure!

  • Well done with the exercise, I start doing 30 day shred over and over but then I get bad DOMS and affects my running so stop again! I should maybe do it every other day.

How annoying about your food, why would anyone think of throwing something that wasn't even theirs to touch. You must have been so hungry by the time you got home.

    Good going with the nsd.

    Well I did it.

I did my first day of Shred it with Weights. Went ok considering I had a month of exercise before this week.

And of course I dutifully paid off £1000 off the long term loan today before I changed my mind. Which of course I wasn't going to as it's my priority to get that thing paid off ASAP.

Pleased to have paid that chunk off, meaning the total left owed drops down into the next number bracket, always good! Let's see how much interest that saves.

NSD 5 today. Worth not spending on clothes and expensive beauty items like I did before I started paying all the debt back. Well worth it.

Onto other news... Half the cleaning done today, eBay buyer collected the old monitor from the old desktop this afternoon which still work prefectly and works great and looks pretty good too I might add. More space cleared in the room of doom ready for the renovation. More work to do there which I should get on with tomorrow as next weekend is wallpaper stripping weekend!

Tomorrow is work for a bit if needed, food shop, finish off the cleaning and pick some blackberries after packing some more of the spare room up. Nice to be at home to get on with all of this!

What a tennis match that was! Great to listen to!

Well today finds me full of real cold! At last it has arrived after making me feel like one was one the way for weeks. Hopefully this is the worst of it and it'll be over soon enough.

Got all jobs done today apart from clearing the spare room as I really didn't feel like it at all today. That can wait until next weekend.

Well after a 20 mile mountain bike ride yesterday which was great but very very difficult in places, I'm looking quite worse for wear with plenty of cuts and bruises from my evil pedals mainly. I fell off about 3 times but no damage done and soft landings too for once! Also bitten by midges in the swampy sections and lastly, burnt to a crisp on the surprisingly baking hot day! Good job it was my best most confident ride so far high up on the tops. Will have to cover up this week as I look like I've been in a scrap!:o

Cold on its way, it got better while out all day yesterday then kicked back in off course when back home. Today changed to sore throat and cough and I'm hoping it's on its way now.

Lots of jobs done after work, big bike clean up as way too tired last night! Also cleaned boots and shoes and waterproofed them. Then raised a complaint for mis-selling with the bank who will get back to me next week. And finally cancelled that fee paying account whose offers I never needed or wanted. In return offered the account for free without the offers, slightly bizzare but hey why not keep that?

Was so tired after that bike ride I didn't spend a penny yesterday and today is a NSD too and I paid £10 into my saving account. Not bad eh?

Feeling much better today, still croaky but better. Decided to do Shred it with Weights as I felt better and to stretch out those tight muscles from that long bike ride. Glad I did it as it was much easier this time. Might have to either up the weights or go up to the next level. Let's see how it goes on Friday.

Off out for tea tomorrow, work late Thursday and out on a good friend's leaving do on Friday to wish her well on her career change. Hopefully I'll be the next one to leave the old place too.

eBay sales posted today using sales money, fees paid and the rest can go to the loan once I see if any more items sell.

  • NSD 10 today and no clothes spend day 11. All going well there, which of course is good to keep me on track with my budgets.

Can't wait for old job to finish for the week, it's going downhill fast full of people who unprofessional replacing the ones who are professional. A valued collegue and friend leaves tomorrow who is an utmost professional.

Off out for tea to say goodbye and meet up with some old colleagues that it will be great to see once again.

I'm looking for a new job to replace this one, I'm sure the right one will turn up if I keep looking.

  • Night out cancelled for me as feeling full of wheezy cold again. Thought it best not to go and make it worse as I've had it for over a week. Upside is not spending I guess! Sad not to send my friend off but I'm sure well meet up again in the future. Wish this wheezy snot would shift.

Early night for me I reckon.

    NSD 11 as a result
