A no clothes spend month too, yippee! 4 months to go with £32.50 left, no sure I'm going to come in on target there.
Well today I'm going to get another go of ripped in 30 done, run round clearing out ready for the building work to start and that's about it, busy day here today!
Payday tomorrow and submitted meter reading which came in a record low amount for July, it's certainly working switching off everything at the plug. Certainly makes a change!
Next holiday booked for a couple of days away, better get in training for it as I'll certainly need to be!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Just 2 more coats of emulsion to do, one coat of undercoat and one cost of gloss and all ready for the new bathroom flooring to go in.
The bathroom renovation is almost finished. It's looking good and from how it started to then taken back to a shell and rebuilt to rearrange.
Upto 10 NSDs and 12 no clothes spend days.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
I'm back at home now after all the building work has finished. Still plenty left to do which include yet more painting of walls and wood work. Bathroom looking unrecognisable from what it was, a million times better at least!
Managing to stay on budget with a lot of careful spending and have bought nothing apart from what I needed, haggled a little for a couple of things, refunds and a good will gesture received. All good there to bring the costs down a little more.
Today is getting the house straight, more painting, tidying up, and maybe some exercise for the first time in weeks.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Final money off voucher used today for meat to freeze paid out of food account.
Woodwork has had its first coat of gloss, one more to go and just the final touch ups to do before the floors fitted. Builder coming to repair the leak which hopefully can get done before the floor. Can't wait to see what the room looks like with the new flooring and all is finished!
Will have a look at the estimate for the next room to renovate and factor in all costs this time around. Then I'll see when I have enough pennies to get the work done, looks like the end of the year or early next then a long gap until the next as I'll need to save up for the next room first.
Jobs to catch up on this afternoon, rubbish to chuck out, room to tidy up, hoovering to do, work stuff to get ready and that's about it.
NSD 15 today and no clothes spend day 17, all going well!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Chilly this evening, the last few evenings have felt like autumn is on the way quickly, summer is not quite over yet!
Painting all finished and leak fixed. Complaint over the delivery mix up all sorted out with very generous good will gesture offered and accepted by me and good to bring it to a close.
Tomorrow I'll tidy all the decorating stuff away ready for the next job, sweep the floor ready for the new floor to be fitted and continue on my hunt for a suitable mirror or cabinet. Nearly finished the project.
Still working out the budget for the next room, coming down a little in a few areas to be able to afford it.
Sent £60 to the loan overpayment from eBay sales, still waiting to hear back from them about last months mix up by them. Hoping that doesn't affect next months payment, shouldn't do but I need to hear from them first before I make the bigger overpayments. They are acting very slowly over all of this.
House all tidied up and got rid of some of the bathroom debris, a long way to go there! Almost back to normal before I contemplate starting again in the next room!
With all that done it has been a NSD 16 today and no clothes spend day 18final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
All decorating stuff all tidied away, all painting finished, more debris into the bin and maybe a contact to get rid of neatly all the rest at a lower price. Will see if this works out or if a skip is better.
Bought the new bathroom bin on sale, a new bath mat on sale and one that wasn't on sale buff a little more luxurious! Still under £20 for all that which was my aim.
Bath leak to be looked at tomorrow and hopefully sorted then too and the floor to be laid tomorrow afternoon, then all can go back into the bathroom.
Have found 3 bathroom cabinets to choose from, one top of the range which I've seen and it's just the job, the other 2 I've seen online for a third of the price and half the price. Now what shall I do? I can put the compensation money towards it to bring the price down to a more reasonable amount or do I take the plunge with one I've seen one a website. Of course the dearest one is the best size, it would be! I'll think it over and decide.
Spends today came our of house account making it a NSD 17 today and 19 no clothes spend day.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Woo hoo! Bathroom floor fitted today and it's looking good!
Found a bathroom cabinet to use my vouchers on to bring the cost down if they arrive in time before the offer ends. Also found a new sideboard to replace my old fashioned cupboard I've wanted to go for some time. It's on a very good summer sale price to tempt me all the more of course.
I've thought it all over today and I have £30 of survey vouchers to reduce the price more and I might go for it if it's still in stock by the weekend and the vouchers have arrived. Gives me more time to think it over and make sure it's the right decision.
As it's the bank holiday weekend I've decided to list some furniture to get ready for the next room renovation, along with more to chuck out of course. May as well make a start while I'm off work.
Cold feeling better today, hoping to have nipped it in the bud before holibobs next week.
A low spend day today after met up with a friend for a coffee for a long overdue catch up.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Only a short morning to go tomorrow at work as I'm leaving early to get back in time for the boiler annual service.
Then a tidy up, make tea and that's about it!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Good job I rang the loan company to chase up my complaint. Turns out no complaint logged. Well after a long long discussion the complaint has been logged and after an attempt was made to resolve the complaint I turned that down for an escalation and a full explanation to my questions.
Glad I turned the first attempt down but it's of a more serious nature and I want clear answers before a £30 cheque.
A sale on eBay today being collected this afternoon whole I'm waiting in which is a good result there.
Catch up on some cleaning this afternoon then off out for tea (homemade tea not out out!)final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
