Has anyone who applied for the tariff online had a reply or confirmation of being put on the new tariff yet?
I applied online last monday, had confirmation that it had been logged, but despite their "up to 5 days reply" i have not heard anything back.
Do you mean switching tariff from another SP tariff via the website? I switched on Sunday. No confirmation, no emails, I sent them an email, no reply but the following day logging into my SP account online the my account page shows the new tariff so I guess it worked... hopefully!0 -

I applied online via my account over a week ago but heard nothing. So yesterday I bit the bullet and rang them. Took about 25 minute to answer but spoke to a very helpful lady and got it sorted.
Only problem I have now is that my account is showing as closed.
I hope it's just in the middle of being updated.0 -
I applied on the website on the 19th and received an email saying they had my request. I re submitted the request on Monday as I had heard nothing, then emailed Tuesday asking what was going on. Decided to ring today...freephone number 0800400200 and was told that it had not even been processed. Bloody useless they are. So if anyone hasn't heard back or if it is not showing as changed on their account I would advise to give them a ring to check if they are even bothering to change it over.He who smiles rather than rages is always

I am having huge problems with SP, I have a fixed rate already (Nov 2014) but was worried that a switch in November might be costly?? Anyway it merely asked if they could find a better deal and I thought it would compare. However, it said it had switched me!! Not sure which March tariff it is and I can't get them to answer the phone or call me back. Can't find any unit costs either.0

I couldn't see the March 2015 at all on the drop down menu (I am on Nov 13 which is about to finish) so called them. It took 35 minutes to get an answer Monday lunch time. When I did get through they said as the deal was new it wasn't showing online, so I swapped on the phone. So far I haven't received any confirmation yet though.
I asked if they needed a meter reading - I'd recently given one - and they said no, which is strange, so I'll put one in anyway at the end of the month.
I've just checked my account and there is no sign of me signing up to the new deal. Oh dear, I can't go through phoning again.... will send an online enquiry to check it is all going through.
Oh what a nightmare - their mail form has a list of topics none of which are relevant. There's one on transferring supply (but not tariff) which redirects to another web page which crashed. So basically, I can't check. Think I'll give it a day or two and see if my account is showing the change before deciding what to do.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0 -
The 4 options were then when I went through an application but I think this is for new customers? I only get one March option when I go through change product but it isn't clear which March product it is?0
