Wow, I can't believe how many people are defending this or suggesting it's not worth bothering reporting. What if it said "White driver needed" or "Straight driver needed". Still think that's acceptable?
The fact that so many people appear to think it's either acceptable, or not worth "making a fuss" about is exactly why it is worth making a fuss. Please report them.0 -
It's a very slightly higher figure than lesbian rape.
I think you need a sanity check.
Err, doesn't homosexual include lesbian?
And why do I need a sanity check, I only asked how many homosexual rapes are actually reported.
If the majority aren't then there can be no accurate statistics. So using that as a basis for working out statistical risk is pointless.0 -

It used to include lesbian but has been taken over by the men. Probably the usual misunderstanding of the meaning of the first four letters of the word.0 -

As far as I'm aware it includes all.

course it's not worth reporting. It's not a big issue, the most that needs to happen is to have a word with the shop owner, it doesn't need reporting to anybody unless you're a big grass.0 -

But it doesn't does it. & that's the key thing!
What if the interviewer slayed all women who applied?
What if the boss is plotting to take down the government & only a woman could detect this?
What if a woman applied & had plans to take down the business?
What if my lottery numbers don't come up?
What if i feel like a chinese next week?
What if they only have female delivery drivers available & i can't eat because i want a male driver?
What if, what if, what if. All this what iffing is getting a bit silly.0 -

Do you think i should've reported her for it? Maybe i should've gone straight for the 999 because let's face it - it's quite a big deal.0 -

It's not a big issue that 50% of the population are excluded from doing something because they happened to be born without a Y chromosome?0 -
Where did i say that?
I thought it was pretty obvious that I said it's not a big issue and only needs mentioning to the shop owner, and not 'reporting'. Why should it be reported, and to who? should we send the shop keeper to prison because they wrongly advertised a job and said it was men only?0
